You can feel a welcoming and appreciative presence when you visit their base. From the dispatcher to the drivers, everyone has been respectful. “Each ZipCar parking garage has a variety of 4-door sedans vehicles 🚗 and SUVs. This is a very clean ZipCar pick-up and drop-off parking garage. I haven't visited this garage in ages. But that location used to be the closest to me. I never had any problem there. 👠Honda Civic, Volkswagen Golf and Mazda 3 used to be among the fun-driving cars car 🚗 I'd reserved and driven. ðŸ˜Â I love Zipping! - It's noticeable from moving traffic, - Zipcars are easy to locate, - The posted signs are visible from outside, - Each has a fictitious name... 😠- Follow the green Zipcar signs, - Fuel ⛽ credit card available, 🤠- E-Z Pass Tag included, 👠- Fuel ⛽ tank must be at least a 1/4 at the  end the reservation time, - Inspect the reserved Zipcar,  - Report any damages, if any, before  starting up the car, - Use the white parking garage key card to exit premise, 😠- Security guard on duty, 👠I would definitely recommend this Zipcar location to anyone because it's conveniently located near a shopping and business district (Jamaica Ave), it's clean and has an assorted automaker brands to choose from. 🤠The sky is the limit! 😔

“While I did get a little heartburn over a miss-delivered box from this location intended for my daughter in Kew Gardens, there were some folks, particularly Lynnette, at this facility who never gave up on the situation and made sure the box was found and delivered properly. So 5 stars for her and her persistence. A happy ending to a sticky situation :)”
