Horrible customer service. Incorrect charges. Managers claim to correct charges then 3 month later same incorrect charges appear. Every person has a different answer with no resolution. Stay away from Sprint!!!.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Kinza is incredibly rude. While doing a return for a purchase made the night before, she held a disgusting disposition while THROWING the products into a box. When my aunt commented on her anger she stated this is not angry, you would not want to see me angry. My aunt was charged for items she was told would be free of charge, fees that Sprint has been waiving because of Covid were tacked on to the bill, and we were told down payments were needed for items that Sprint customer service (call center) said were unnecessary. Clearly this entire store is full of workers that aren't very good at customer service. Get out of the industry if thats the case. Stay away from this sprint location unless you're trying to get robbed.

KINZA is a scam artist will charge you 260 for upgrade when you only have to pay taxes. Plus I had so many fraudulent bank charges after the encounter i am pressing charges asap

Kinza is a scam artist...... she told me i had to pay 250 for a upgrade. i went online got the same phone and kept my old phone for $10 Please go somewhere else they will take your money here

The girls there are very unprofessional with a nasty attitude, they just want your money I received a call to come to the store for an item that was ordered and paid for in advance, when I got there they said we close I had to leave.

If I could give this store a 0 I would. The staff are unprofessional, lazy, fake polite and incompetent. I would never recommend anyone going to this location. The store manager is more concerned about smoking than anything else. They don't listen. Talk you in circles and act like they are trying to save you money but don't tell you about takes and fees until the very end. I will never go to this location again.

the worst phone service in the whole world. I returned my phone to upgrade at this Sprint store & they still charged me $753 had to go through a whole process for a phone I returned at THIS Sprint store to get my money back.

We will always buy our phones here, the staff is wonderful and extremely helpful, especially Steph who was able to fix our phone in two seconds when the Westbury repair office wouldn't (it was a clogged charging port, my husband works with a lot of spackle and dust and we've gone through this before). Trustworthiness is a HUGE factor in where I put my business and I trust and value the employees at this location.

The WORST store I've ever been to. Reps are so rude and didn't help me at all. Lady by the name kinza asked me what was in my bag (assuming I was stealing) I guess. Never again so disappointed. Legit made me want to switch to another carrier. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!
