I've been a Metro by T-Mobile for years and I am a satisfied customer. Purchased a new phone yesterday and the young man who assisted me was very courteous and helpful. This is usually the service I get and expect. Phone prices were affordable and there were no hidden fees. My monthly payment is affordable and having unlimited talk, text, the ability to check emails and stream movies etc. makes it worthwhile for me. So other cell carriers charge a lot more...and it's important to have a carrier that provides affordable over profit. Thanks Metro by T Mobile.!

Went to Metro T Mobile store on my lunch break, my phone had stopped working overnight. I always purchased unlocked and never from the dealer. I was so pleased with my overall experience with this lovely young lady, it prompted me to write a review. This young lady, the store manager was a pleasure to deal with, has true customer service and multi tasking skills. Left me all set and ready to go with my new phone, I even went back in and she was not annoyed at all. North Conduit Metro T mobile store is the place to go.

T Mobile on Jamaica Avenue and 161st Street is not helpful nor customer friendly! I have actually been to the store on more than one occasion. The biggest confusion is that this store is in a busy bus stop and patrons are made to stand outside during social distancing due to the pandemic. On Saturday I arrived at the store 10 minutes to 6pm, the sign on the door read 7pm closing, after standing outside for 15 minutes I was told by the Security guard that the store is closed, when I asked to see a Manager, a blonde young lady came and informed I would not be seen and the store is closed, the signage is wrong. Please change the sign and the attitude of the employees here should change also. Looking for another Metro by T-Mobile store, not happy doing business at this location!

I always gets bundle deals of great accessories ,speakers also good discounted prices on phone.sanesha the manager of that location always hook me up and is patient with helping me when I need help with my devices.

I walked into this 99 cent store and before I started to shop I asked the lady to throw away a bottle for me because I didn't want to Litter. She gave me a dirty look and told me no throw it some where else and kept on watching something on her phone. I was discussed and decided not purchase anything. If your ever in that neighborhood do your self a favor and dont buy anything from this location.

This Indian woman they got working in this store is very nasty and rude. She's got a very nasty attitude. I purchase a item from the store, and after driving off I realized that I purchased the wrong item. I went back in the store to exchange the item less than 5 mins after I left. Given it wasn't broken nor damaged, I told her I need the item to be exchange she refused to exchange it, so I told her to give me back my Monies, she refused. Then starts with her NASTY ATTITUDE. Please don't purchase from this awful place, with this awful bit**h.

I purchased a car charger for my Galaxy s6 edge + for $20 and it was telling me that my phone would fully charged in 4hr and I immediately called the store back. The woman told me to go into my sett8ngs and do something🤔🤔🤔 Majorly confused because I have NEVER heard of such a thing. Store is now closed and I have to bring it back tomorrow. I get to the store cashier remembers me and asks for the charger. She plugs it up waits a few minutes and then tells me that the phone isn't showing anything about what I was saying. I told her I dnt know if it has something to do with her using a wall plug to charge it but I purchased it to use in my car. So she exchanges it for me and it's the only brand they have. I leave phone seems ok. I go out later that nite and the phone starts charging unchanging charging unchanging. I unplug it and then the screen goes blank for a second then comes back on and then turns into a rainbow like color and I unplug it again. It's now telling me that the phone will take 11hrs for a full charge and then my screen goes blank. I can hear it but no visual. I'm disabled, and hour and a half away from home and unable to use my GPS. At this point I'm just thinking about my $1,000 phone that no longer works and get angry about it. About 4hrs later my screen comes back on and the next day that MetroPCS store tells me that's the only brand they have and there's no refunds. I went to another MetroPCS store on Broadway in Brooklyn purchased a charger (fast charging) and have had no problems since! If I could give no stars and a negative I would because as a paying customers and the problems were no fault of mine I feel like should've tried to help or work with me some how but instead I feel like they were like nothing I can do for you attitude. Rather than me act ignorant and cause a scene, I decided to keep it professional take my business else where and leave this review.
