“I recently flew in to New York from California to visit my mom. It was time to replace her air conditioner, so I called PC Richard. Carson Reid answered the phone.I told Carson that I would soon be returning to the west coast and that I had to take delivery of a quality air conditioner ASAP.Carson was friendly and professional, and he provided wonderful customer service. He was also painstakingly detail-oriented. After obtaining the voltage, dimensions and BTU of the wall/sleeve air conditioner we needed, he asked what kind of sleeve was in the wall of my mom’s apartment. I had no idea, so he went on to Google to check out my mom’s apartment building. From looking at a photo of the building (and its air conditioners), he was able to determine the kind of sleeve…incredible!I needed to have the air conditioner delivered within 2 days, and I had to clear the delivery with the management company of my mom’s co-op. The problem was that Carson would be off the following day — NO PROBLEM. Even though he was off the following day, Carson worked throughout that day with me and the management company in order to provide the paperwork that was necessary before management would permit the delivery.Thankfully, we received the air conditioner on time.I have never come face-to-face with Carson Reid as all of our interaction took place via phone and text messaging. However, you just HAVE to know that if I EVER need another appliance, I will seek him out.”

“This place is great place to Fix your IPhone, I had a great experience, John was really knowledgeable on telling me what was wrong my IPhone I wish I knew sooner., I creak my back iPhone screen when it knock to floor, and bought it to fix he told prior coming here, I spend good amount of money, after spending money to fix, twice still creak.finding out my screen was really cheap Quality that was given to me prior . he fixed the screen in 3 hours, and the quality better and authentic screen from Apple.I really happy, even though Face ID was not able to be fixed it was previously damaged from last fix. The best place to fix your phone, I will definitely be back in the future and I recommend friends to come here to fixed their phones here. John is the best. Andy was amazing, helped get me set up with a new phone, even came out to my car (several times!) to help me reconnect with apple car play & to make sure I had the right charges, etc…He was amazing!! But Ali made me feel comfortable and much more relaxed knowing my car was in good hands. He explains things patiently and is empathetic - as many times it is a very stressful situation you're in.I even had to do parent teacher conferences that day and with no way to get home, he let me use the office to sit for a few hours while my car was getting repaired.
