These people are lying they claim to have delivered a package but it looks like the package was never delivered or delivered to a one of their warehouses. So where is the package? Why would you take a picture of my package in the warehouse and say it’s delivered to me. I’m very confused. And it’s a very expensive pair of sneakers at that.

I just want to say I just had an experience in which someone made lemonade out of lemons. My package was mismanaged however I’m sure you will do a proper investigations/root cause analysis to get to the cause of the package being miss managed. However, I want to take this time to be frank. I had the opportunity to be served by an employee by the name of Gail Dobbins her customer service was exquisite. I felt like I was being seen by a psychiatrist. She was able to de-escalate and allow me to walk out of the door with a smile on my face. This is what customer service means. Please, for my sake, ensure that she gets this feedback and also allow her to do whatever she does so brilliantly to train others to do the same, sincerely, Selwena Roberta Brewster MD/MBA

Excellent customer service attentive, detailed, friendly, kind and cheerful . I believe I will pay this spot more visit in the future. Very pleased with the service. Brie was exceptionally helpful and kind to the support I came for today.

I ordered express delivery it said it would reach June 8th the latest and now they’re telling me that they’re closed on the weekend after saying it was out for delivery June 7 and they won’t let me pick it up

Horrible service. Driver will say he attempted delivery and left a slip, without even ever being on your street nor around your area. Twice, on the same package, which I have yet to still receive. No direct number for this location as per others, very unprofessional. Still unable to locate my package.

DHL is a joke! My package arrived last week and DHL attempted to deliver when no one is home. Kids are at school and I'm at work. Called DHL customer service and was told I'm not able to schedule a delivery for a specific time. When I explained no one is home to retrieve the package if it can be delivered after 5pm, again I was told that isn't doable. Instead of coming up with a solution the customer representative became argumentive stating all options DHL isn't willing to do. Called back and requested a supervisor was told one will call me back in 90 minutes. Again, Supervisor couldn't tell me when package will be delivered, so now I have to pick up my package 5.6 miles from my house!!! DHL is extremely incompetent, customer service reps argue with customers, no resolution to issues, no common sense at all.

Front end staff black lady has very rude behavior, DHL has to specially trained her how to behave a proper way with customer, or else they replace with someone, otherwise they will loose it’s customer.

I woke up on the wrong side of the bed today… not willing to get up and drop off these packages. But as soon as i stepped foot into DHL I was greeted in a positive manner by Jeanine. She was very helpful throughout the whole process she explained to me everything step by step and was patient with all the questions i was asking lol. If i could give this place a 10 star i would just because of her. Oh and did i mention she helped me save a lot of money. If only there was an extra way of thanking her hopefully this review helps…. Thanks Again Jeanine For Your Help!!!!!! We need more people like you
