All I have to say is ask for Matthew Poterbin!!! Hands Down the best sales person we came across for the last few months while searching for a brand new car. If it wasn't for him we wouldn't have purchased a BMW from this dealership. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and thorough! Great Job BMW for having such a great sales guy on staff! Plus my car is perfect!

Very disappointed with their service. I bought several cars from them. If you want a friendly seller, look for Hassan.I took the car to the service because the app did not work on the phone (it did not show the exact location of the vehicle). After 2 days they called me and asked for over $3000 to replace one sensor to make the app work. I told them not to change the sensor and that I would come for my car. When i picked up my vehicle and got on the highway i heard a bang on my roof. I looked in the mirror and saw that the plastic cover covering the sensors on the roof had fallen off. I immediately stopped at the first exit and called the service department and got an explanation from the service manager that the plastic cover was already loose and that they wrote that in the report. I asked him how it was possible that it was loose and did not fall off when I brought the car (I drove over an hour from NY highway). They broke it while removing and checking those sensors. He was so rude, he told me not to bring the car to the service because it is not their fault that the plastic cover fell off after 5 minutes of driving. He also suggested that I put something plastic on the roof and stick it with a tape so that the sensors don't get wet. It's really wonderful of him that he has such an opinion that I should stick some plastic cans on the new car so that the rain doesn't soak the sensors. I called the bank to dispute the charge and I will also file a complaint against this business thru the BBB.Stay away from their service

From me seeing a car on their website to the final purchase, I had the best experience purchasing a car. I dealt with Hassan Pires from start to finish. This guy went above and beyond to make sure my son and I were happy and I ask a lot of questions. The initial car I looked at was not available which he confirmed before I took the hour and half drive up to see it, but he had something in my price range which he sent me a video of and confirmed that the car would be there when I arrived. We took the drive and there right in front was the car. Hassan came over right away and made us feel very comfortable, explained everything numerous times and was very patient. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy the car but it was the right fit for us. Everything went smooth and we were extremely happy. We did notice something on the car and called Hassan a week later and we were able to bring the car back and they fixed it that day, with no nonsense back and forth. If you're in the market for a new or used BMW please keep this dealership and Hassan on your list. You will not be disappointed, he went above and beyond for us and I'm sure we will be back.

Full disclosure, I am a former employee of Wide World BMW. I left there for a better opportunity and to escape the misogynistic environment that I was forced to endure daily. "I made an appointment on Wednesday, July 5, for service on a vehicle that I purchased at Wide World BMW. "I made an appointment a week before with the service coordinator, and at no time was I told that I couldn't service my vehicle there. My appointment was actually scheduled early in the morning, way before the sales department opened. So, I dropped my car off, and a few hours later, I was contacted by the service coordinator, who told me that Brian Sorce, the GM, and my former boss, requested that my vehicle be dropped off to me instead of me picking up my vehicle. Why, may you ask? According to Brian Source, former employees are not allowed to enter the dealership. What! Money is Money, right? Service called me again, apologizing, and said, "Please do not come and pick up your vehicle." I find this curious because other employees have gotten their cars serviced there, so I'm wondering why I am being singled out. Is this retaliation for moving on to a better opportunity? An opportunity that allows for growth and, most importantly, no longer having to work in a misogynistic, 'good old boys' environment. An environment that Sorce fosters by being complicit. I write this review because I'm tired of being made to feel less than and bullied by a manager who is extremely unprofessional and doesn't care about his employees. So much so competent employees have left. Character matters, Sorce. It's the core of who we are. People are seeing who you are, and it's not good.

Highly disappointed! Brought my car for some recalls, they made sure to dent my windshield, scratch my tints and interior. Break my foldable seat. Add a tracker to my car to follow me around town, all while forgetting to do the basic standard car wash they boast so heavily. Terrible customer service.

2017 at BMW Spring Valley NY: A salesman leased me an electric BMW I3 and credited me for $6,000 for a VW in perfect condition with 150,000 miles. When I wanted to buy my i3 at the end of the lease, I was informed he underpriced my VW and overpriced my i3. As I continued being serviced at that location, he never greeted me when he saw me. That reveals lack of dedication to their clients. 2021 at BMW Tenafly NJ: My BMW Series 3 required new breaking pads. The car notified me. I made an appointment. The waiting period was excessive. But what made it aggravating was that a day before: their scheduler tried to cancel my appointment because they were full. After explaining multiple times that I could not drive without break pads and the issue being extremely urgent, she insisted she had to reschedule me. So I wrote a review at and immediately got a call from their service department to bring the car for the scheduled appointment. August 2022 at Spring Valley NY: I had my journal, other private documents, and secondary keys to my apartment in the glove compartment of my BMW X2 car. I had gone there just to do an inspection which lasted about 2 hours. When I retrieved my BMW X2 the glove compartment was unlocked and my journal, paperwork, secondary apartment keys had been moved around. I immediately made a complaint by email and asked how did the glove compartment of my BMW X2 car end up unlocked when I had locked it? They never replied. I also complained of electricity that made my legs itchy. I had to get my car vacuumed immediately because whatever product was used made my skin irritated. October 2022 at Tenafly NJ Recently BMW Tenafly performed a change of battery and a change on the light switch. The few hours work cost me over $1300. A few hours later my car needed an oil change. When they did the battery change, the red caps weren't even readjusted. I had to readjust them myself. My tires are also lower than required making my car at risk of a puncture. BMW, Germany: Planning on making a complaint at the main BMW corporation. I feel there is a targeting of BMW in United States and that this bad service that I continuously receive appears politicized.

This place is not even worth 1 star. I took my car for an oil change and picked it back up with the check engine light on. When I returned it and advised that the light was on I was initially told it came there with it on. If that were the case how come no one offered to diagnose it for me? Or even asked was I aware that it was on? They sent me a video of them checking the car and no one mentioned the check engine light. I left the car to get a diagnostic which took approximately 1 week for them to tell me they think it's a fuel pump. After regretfully agreeing for them to fix my car I pick it up and 30 minutes later the check engine light is back on and it cuts off. I brought it back and dealt with the service manager Jason. He was actually really great. I picked the car up a few days later and the following day the check engine light returned. I'm not quite sure what I paid for. The technicians obviously are incompetent and have no clue what they are doing. I was never given a loaner car. They claimed they were a week behind although they had my car in total for 3 weeks. I've notified corporate and was told to take it back to them. Why???

I leased a vehicle with this dealership for my daughter . Our salesman Ben Bautista was great and found the perfect car for my daughter . However , my experience with the finance manager Gary Shapiro was terrible . I was duped into buying the ultra care package by him . He knew I was leasing the car for my daughter and her mileage would be low . Yet he convinced me that I would need this package regardless . I was under the impression this Package included pre paid service . I subsequently found out service is included for free!! So this policy was not necessary for me at all !! Months later I tried in vain to cancel this policy . After numerous , conflicting information calls to BMWUSA and Wide World BMW , I was told that the policy had to be cancelled within 30 days for a refund I have certainly learned an expensive lesson here and I hope Gary Shapiro will be more honest with his clients and not pressure them into policies that are unnecessary .

Awful service. Called Wide World BMW to inquire about a car they had for sale. A "client advisor" named Chris told me over the phone that there are 2 other cars that are blocking the car of interest and that I couldn't come in and drive it today and had to wait until tomorrow. When I asked him why he doesn't just move the 2 cars out of the way, his answer was "Are you serious??" Don't go there - awful customer-facing people. As they say "Even if you put lipstick on a pig, it's still a pig". Client advisor? Ha.

The service dept and manager are atrocious. I had my vehicle there and requested no car wash due to my car having the Xpel ceramic applied that's very expensive. Upon arrival to pickup the vehicle I noticed alot of spray wax and and my tires had tire shine. After the wash my vehicle had several surface scratches on the hood that were quite visible. The manager Jason Turninaro offered me a lesser wax product that is not comparable to ceramic wax. I work in the service industry and when a mistake is made on a custk.ers request the rite thing to do is to make it rite. Jason refused to and this isn't the first issue I've had at this dealership. My airpods fell out of my pocket whrn returning a loaner. I returned to the dealership to pick them up and they were stolen. Nothing but problems with techs that do not follow orders and incompetent management.

Don't get a vehicle from here. Salesman Miguel Santos will try to attach a front license plate bracket with the wrong screws & make Swiss cheese out of your bumper. Your license plate will fall off a short time later. He'll never respond to you afterwards & neither will the sales manager William Gallagher. This is the lowest level of customer service I've seen & shady business operations.
