Be careful of this scumbag, has no manners to speak with customers, on payment he refused to charge my credit even debit card.Ruined my two jeans gave for alterations. Has no sense & customers service. Upon giving him brand new pants to press only he refused & insisted to wash & dry clean just to get more money , greedy , rude & disgusting attitude even seen in life . Never go to him .Services: Laundry wash & fold

Person up front was not nice at all. They said I couldn’t get my clothing without a ticket they gave when I went to pick it up? They never said that initially. I could have easily lost it. very rude person.

Literally every item I had them tailor came back completely jacked, uneven, and basically ruined. Each item was about 2 inches off what we decided on together. $75 in tailoring plus half a dozen designer garments... just toast! Not cool dude, supremely not cool.

I brought the dress my Mother told us she would like to be buried in to be cleaned and have a few beads tacked down. I wanted it to be perfect for her. You can guess by now... Yes, the dress is ruined. I even spoke to the owner before letting go of it to stress just how important this was to me. I'm heartbroken

I got married on Saturday and that day, I need a last minute adjustment o a split that was too high on my wedding dress. The wedding dress was delayed in coming via mail, so this last minute need was anxiety-provoking to say the least! Valley cleaners was responsive and friendly when I called and encouraged me to come right over. I was in and out of the cleaners in less that 15 minutes and I was not overcharged! When others turned me away because they were "not doing work during COVID-19," Valley Cleaners listened and helped me look and feel AMAZING on my wedding day. I will definitely be using them again!

Had been coming to this place for a while but stopped last year for bad customer service once again. They nickle and dime you and if you don't have your receipt, you don't get your clothes.

I am thrilled that I found this place! At noon I called to ask if they could alter the sleeves and pants on a new suit for an interview the next day at 9:00 am. At first Pierre sounded reluctant because they would not have time to do both the alteration and the pressing that he considered essential post-alteration. He explained why the pressing was a big deal. But he said he could do the alteration if I could handle the pressing at home. Deal. When I came to pick up the suit five hours later the work was first rate, and the suit was pressed! The work was first rate, and the price was very reasonable. Consider me a fan of Valley Cleaners. They really care -- about their customers and their craft.

I was looking for a tailor to alter bridesmaids gowns for my three daughters when an internet search led me to Valley Cleaners. With only two weeks before the wedding, the tailor was able to complete the alterations quickly and proved to do expert work. These were not simple straight hemlines either. The bottoms of the dresses had multiple scalloped layers. However, the most impressive alteration made was that one of the dresses had to be let out quite a bit in back. They were able to create extra patches that appeared as though they were originally part of the dress and gave her the extra room she needed. We came in a few days later to see how the dress fit. She had lost weight over the week and the dress had to be altered again, this time taken in, and they were happy to do the alterations until the dress was perfect! The service at Valley Cleaners is truly unbelievably fantastic!
