Refuah's mission claims that they want to help patients get the care that they need. However, they won't let you schedule an appointment with a specialist without changing your primary care physician to them. The supervisor hung up on me. It's very discouraging.

Went to Refuah for a horrible chronic viral chest infection and cough for help. Was prescribed a steroid pack for relief, and when I picked it up at CVS, I was amazed at how badly Refuah (NOT CVS) SCREWED UP. STAY AWAY FROM REFUAH. Pharmacist at CVS said REFUAH CONSTANTLY MAKES MISTAKES WITH MEDICATIONS!!!!

3 times in a row that i came for labs and "sorry she is on break" so i finally asked about what times is the breaks so i know for next time not to come during that time. A few weeks passed by and i came again for labs at 5 and "sorry she just went on break till 6" i understand them and everyone needs breaks but why not have someone else take over? Why can't a doctor or nurse take over while the lab person is on break???

Terrible place, I wish I could give no stars. You can never see your primary physician. And they hire a lot providers with no experience and it shows. They don’t provide the care that you need. And you end up making multiple trips for the same issue. I’m definitely leaving this facility because I need a primary doctor to help me maintain my health.

Phone custumer service sucks! minimum an hour waiting time! just don't bother look for other primary care you'll save quite a bit of time

Terrific place if you like never being called back, waiting over a month for prescription and long wait times anytime you call any department. Complete disregard for patients needs.
