I went to this Metropcs location and the customer service was horrible. I'm half African American and half Latina but because I don't fit the description of a Latina woman with straight hair they just assume that I was African American. As soon as I walked in a felt the discriminations . The two Hispanic women acted like I was disturbing them and each and every time I asked a question they were very short with me and they would look at eachother and smirk.
Since I really needed a phone I tried my best to just deal with the distasteful customer service but the icing on the cake was when I saw a phone I wanted and they had it on display but they didnt have it stock so why would you advertise a phone that you dont have .
The bottom line is that they don't wanna deal with anyone that's not of their own kind. Please don't go to this store . The customer service is so poor that don't even deserve 1 star

I was actually considering changing mobile carriers since I had such a terrible experience at another Metro by T-Mobile location. I have been happy with the service and was just looking to replace my phone but the person working there was not helpful in any way. Thankfully I checked out this location and Beilyn was working behind the desk. She quickly analyzed that I should just replace my old phone, helped me pick the right phone, and then set me up immediately with everything I needed. No slippery sales talk and numbers. She was direct with her responses, helpful in her explanations, and very friendly as well. It was a great experience getting a phone through Beilyn. The owner of this location should be very grateful and compensate her accordingly. We plan to come back soon to set my wife up with a new phone but only when Beilyn is working.

Nice Staff, unfortunately they are not so knowledgeable in the phones that they are selling.For example they told me it could not transfer my contacts from my old phone to my new phone via Bluetooth... And I will need to do each one individually by hand... As a matter of fact it was a simple Bluetooth connection and I was able to transfer all my contacts in no time....

I dealt with a woman customer service rep at the store. When buying my phone and service, she put add-ons to my plan that I didn't ask for. She seemed annoyed when being asked questions. I called the store for help, I again got a woman on the phone, not sure if she was the same one, but she was also annoyed and not helpful at all. Give your business to another location who knows how to treat their customers.
