In my opinion this metroPcs is next to planet wings in spring valley. Manger Kenny so HE CALLS HIMSELF JIMMY TOO, in my opinion is worst customer service ever. There is no customer courtesy's. He makes up Prices and sells iphone not as promo on metropcs website. He lies about prices and charges customers more money. It HAPPENED to me. I called way before about the deal in MetroPCS web. They set up 3 lines and all was set , but after all lines where set Kenny the manager says I have to pay 50 dollars more for each phone due to phone being j7, so I said let's switch it for lg k20 he wouldn't do it , he cancelled my all lines and said than we can't than resell those phones ,Which is false the corporate had verified this. He wanted Me to pay more money for iPhone SE. He cancelled all my plan and screwed up my account. He even put his head on desk denying me iPhone to purchase as promo in MetroPCS web site. Very money greedy. As customer I walked out upset about fraud, injustice, to a loyal Metropcs customer.
I contacted MetroPCS corporate and they will see the footage of what happened. DONT GO TO ANY SPRING VALLEY STORE YOU WILL PAYING MORE FOR SURE.

I love this store. I switch from AT&T and they gave me a fantastic phone for free. They did everything for me. Tough me how to use the phone and downloaded many things for me. %100 recommended.
