Terrible customer service!My package was marked delivered and was not delivered, it was delivered a week later when I ordered something else and the two arrived together. I emailed requesting to return the item that was meant to be delivered a week or so before it was and they tell me that as per the return policy I can’t return. It clearly states in the return policy that orders and be returned within 7 days of receiving the item. My order was delivered on a different date to when it was marked delivered and yet they are not willing to work with me or accommodate me. So disappointed with the customer service and response time. Very unprofessional!
