So accommodating and a pleasure to shop at. I found a watch that I LOVED, sent my daughter with the picture I took of it, and they helped her and sent her home with two roses!! I love my watch and couldn’t have been happier with the service!

Unfortunate I have to write this review but it's way over due. I ordered a custom necklace back in July which had its own defects. After months of going back and forth via email and delayed shipment to my residence on the West Coast I found myself having to come in-person this week. I was told by one of the Reps that my necklace would be done by Sunday 12/16 just for me to walk in this morning 12/17 to the necklace not being touched. I am in the shop as I type this waiting for my necklace to be serviced. 5 months and over $600 later I am still unsure if my necklace will be what I've desired for so long. Extremely unfortunate, especially since I make it a point to support women owned, small businesses. Beautiful work, terrible costumer service and huge lack of communication on all ends. Writing this review to hopefully have Kimiya do better since I believe their work is beautiful and unique.

The experience of getting an engagement ring for my then girlfriend ,now fiancé couldn't have been more close to perfect with out them , from helping me figure out what she likes , and the turn around time , they set me up for success from day one , amazing job all the way, I'm not one to write to many reviews and I gotta say Kimiya jewelers derserves all the praise on making dreams come true.
