My broken equipment within 1 year of buying from them. Despite having a warranty and extended warranty they say the frame is not covered “because they don’t know how the frame broke” What a bunch of lying stealing scam artists. And what a garbage product

Sad that there are a bunch of reviews for the wrong Gym Pros. The one with all the one star reviews here is for Roy Crocker's Gympros from Gardena California. Not the one from New York! Roy Crocker even posted on this site as his own to promote his site. What a crook.

I ordered a Life Fitness Treadmill in February 2022. The ordering process was easy and it arrived on time as promised. I set it up about a month after delivery, moved into a new house, and it lights up but doesn't work. I contacted customer service, who were great, told me to change my outlet to 20 AMP, which I did. Still did not work, should have been fine at 15 AMP, and they told me a local service would repair my treadmill. Heard nothing and a month later called for follow up. Very apologetic and promised it would be repaired. It's not November and almost seven months have passed with no results, no follow up, no return phone calls. I offered to have them send the parts and they said they would,,, no parts. No Nothing. Gym Pro's if you're reading this.. please just refund or fix my treadmill. I'll update this review and give a good review. Just want me treadmill fixed. Invoice # 16654

WARNING! Buyer BEWARE!!Do nor purchase from this company! The sent me a machine that does not work and I have been getting lied to for weeks and now they have just stooped returning my calls and messages.This company is a fraud! DO NOT BY FROM THEM! The equipment is not new and it doesn’t work!!! All of their “good reviews” are FAKE!

I HAVE BEEN CALLING, EMAILING AND MESSAGING TO GET MY MACHINE THAT IS UNDER WARRANTY SERVICED. NOT ONLY WERE YOU EXTREMELY LATE ON DELIVERY IT, BUT YOURE UNPREPARED TEAM DIDNT DELIVER IT CORRECTLY + YOU FAILED TO COMMUNICATE THE DELAYS WITH ME. GET BACK TO ME. GET MY MACHINE SERVICED.

If I could give a zero I would. Ordered 20k in treadmills. They were just left outside of my gym with no phone call and a forged signed bill of lading. My copy is blank... $20,000.00 worth of equipment just sitting outside!!! They were very nice in the beginning but once they got their money they ghost you!! 3 arrived damaged 1 does not work and throws an error. We were assured they would be sending out a tech. We are now a month into this and I always get the same answer “someone will call you back” we are a small mom and pop gym so 20k was a lot to drop and they just don’t care at all. Not to mention we only got 4 when we paid for 5! This is so disappointing. I can’t believe they are treating other customers this way.

Do NOT purchase anything from this company. Ordered a treadmill which took forever to arrive. It arrived damaged, was assured that they would be sending a replacement part, only to be told weeks later that my request was declined. These people are pretty much unethical thieves.

I own(ed) a fitness center. In January, 2021 I purchased a Stairmaster Gauntlet SM5 and two steppers. I finally received the Gauntlet some time in March and the steppers in April. When the Gauntlet arrived, it was in laughable aesthetic condition. This "refurbished/reconditioned" piece of equipment had been SPRAY PAINTED. There were chips, runs, stickers missing...it was awful. I was told that I would be sent replacement plastics. It is now November... I still have not received the parts. The power source on the machine has now gone out. I also happened to sell my gym on November 1... and made the mistake of being honest with Gym Pros, who now will do absolutely NOTHING because I sold the gym. I was told that the replacement parts have been ordered from Stairmaster and paid for and I will receive them once they're off backorder.I own/have owned and operated multiple businesses and although they are small businesses, I would never conduct my business in such a manner as this. I take care of my customers and make SURE they are happy. Gym Pros doesn't seem to care if you're happy once they've got your money.
