“During a heavy rain storm on Saturday a large object struck my windshield while driving. There was a mark on the windshield at the point of contact, but the rain made visibility poor. I decided to drive straight to the nanuet office to check the damage. It was 4pm and they close at 5pm. They were busy. I created a claim and the manager allowed me to be seen before close, instead of returning on Monday for the next available appointment. He was courteous and professional. His team determined that there was no damage to the windshield. They put customer's first at this location.”
