Deep knowledge on how our bodies operate, and he will cater to each cyclist's needs based on their body type. Doesn't try to sell us anything extra that we don't really need. “Trustworthy. I went in with my Giant E-Bike not having a clue why it wasn't powering on after the winter. I went in expecting the worst since I ride in all weather and even brought that up to the technician(battery/motor). They called the SAME day and said it was just a loose wire. Could've very easily sold me on a more expensive fix, but didn't and got it back to me within a few hours.”

“Stopped into Westwood Cycle earlier today looking to get some information on purchasing a new bike. “Last year, my road bike broke down almost right in front of their shop. The seat post snapped, and they didn't think they had a component that would fit in stock. They searched for 10 mins and found one, installed it and adjusted it to my height at a very reasonable price. Another shop might have taken advantage of my situation and charged me a "stranded" premium, but they did not, which shows me they are caring, honest folks.”
