I was surprised at what a good experience I had with a body shop after I was rear-ended on I95. Other shops scared me by warning me that the other driver's insurance company would be a nightmare to work with. Columbus expressed confidence that everything would be fine, and it was. They've been in business for generations and I can see why. They know their stuff and are very helpful and professional. Gave me a ride to the train station when I dropped off my vehicle. They did a great job and returned my vehicle nice and clean. Definitely recommend!

Services were excellent, quick and efficient. Anthony was very professional. I needed my bumper replaced and my Entire car repainted.I kept in contact with the owner the entire time and he was able to keep me updated throughout the entire process and his customer service was exceptional. The price was very fair and reasonable and the work was done in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend this auto body shop, you will get 5 star service for a affordable price!!

After a horrid rainstorm and hitting a deer, Valley Auto Body came to the rescue. They took care of everything. They worked with my insurance company, the rental car company, the adjuster and even flatbed towed it to their shop. Car came back to me in less than 2 weeks and looks and runs as good as new.

Great shop amazing customer service. I went to four other shops and every shop told me they would prefer to replace my door. Came here the older was the only one who said he can fix the door left it there three days later my car is brand new just look at the photo. Need I say more.

I brought my 2006 MINI in for body work after it was involved in a hit and run. My car now looks like it just came out of the showroom. Keith and Juan were incredibly helpful and delivered on their promise to perfectly match the original paint job. I highly recommend. *Audette the receptionist is awesome!

Brought in our 2013 Sonata and they did an excellent job with the entire bumper which needed repair. They were good on their timing and communication. In addition we got back a car that had been cleaned and polished inside and out really nicely. The front desk Receptionist and service personnel and management all provided great service

Excellent service, I brought my car in to have a windshield replaced, the quote was accurate and it looks awesome. I highly recommend this place. The staff are professionals and very nice to work with.

My car's starter gave out and I called Valley Auto Body to tow my car. They were quick and cheap($82) compared to other companies ($100). The guy was patient and sweet. Also the tow came within a reasonable time of my call. Will definitely use Valley Auto Body if I need a tow again!

Good shop.. I have a 2014 accord they fixed my door and quarter panel car looks new and I saved my deductible best shop I been to in a long time
