I am having a problem with the female mail carrier in my area, she thinks that I need to invest in a mailbox closer to the road because its difficult for her to walk up the hill to my front door mail slot. She has asked me many times, now she has told me that I should sell my house so someone else can accommodate her needs. I will be speaking with my family about her. I would hope that her supervisor would be able to find her a route that is flat and simple to walk on so she is able to do her job more easily. The other carriers in my area have no problem with my home. I will change my mail location to the milk box on the south side of the house so she can access this without having to walk up my front steps. I hope she informs the other carriers of this change. I really hope this fixes the problem. If I have anymore problems with this mail carrier, I will request a meeting with her supervisor, Thank you

This post USPS location , as well as it's whole operation, isn't all that trustworthy. Twice I mailed a payment in one of their mail boxes that never got to their destination. Then when purchasing a priority postage, "GUARANTEED" to arrive in 5 days, it took nine and missed its recipient. What did I pay the extra cash for? It's my thought that if you have a package or payment that absolutely positively needs to get somewhere on time - don't trust it to the Spencerport NY post office. Send it UPS.

Bills mailed from this location get to company late incurring a late fee. My magazine was on the ground by the mailbox. I have gotten my neighbors mail several times. What is wrong with these folks? I'm signing up for on-line bill payment. Then wonder why people are not utilizing your services anymore!

Love this small post office in a small town! Spencerport is quite lovely and everyone is super kind including alll the staff here!! Did you forget your card? Or tape? Or gift card? You can buy alll of that here when shilling your package. Don't forget your holiday stamps!!!

Postal Employee's are friendly and helpful. Delivary of mail from Spencerport is TERRIBLE. There is no early pickup ....even INSIDE the post office They all seem to be picked at the end of the day; 3:00 and 5:00 pm. My mail is ALWAYS received late. I will put a letter inside the post office, and It still hasn't been received 6 - 7 days later. A person I know always drives her mail to Paychex to post, because it will clear 2 - 3 days earlier. Spencerport is low volume. Can't you just pick up the mail that was dropped off inside and outside the post office first thing in the morning? Thanks.

Apparently this post office is unable to deliver packages without damaging the inner contents, even when they are clearly marked "fragile" and "do not bend". After multiple attempts I have yet to receive one.
