I had a great experience purchasing from Ricky Bobby! I was able to get my car with no issues and have loved it ever since.
The car was in great shape and there was no push for a purchase. I was struggling to find a car I was comfortable with for a few months, and then left there with a new car!
They even replaced the brakes after we vocalized some concerns even though they had said that they would have been fine without any repairs.
Very trustworthy and pleasant.
Highly recommend!! Very pleased with my purchase!

Got the pleasure to work with both Ricky and Ralph and had a very pleasant experience and got a good looking car for a great price. 10K less mileage and $3-4K cheaper than some competitors for a similar car. Ricky’s not pushy and even gave me time to think it over and didn’t push me around or push me to buy anything. If I wanted to look at something else they would have worked with me. Great experience!

Stay away from this place. They showed me a clean car fax for a car, but the car has two prior accidents. When I tried to trade in the car I found out that they charge me double for a car that no one will buy from me. They are crooks!

I recently worked with Ricky Bobby at Summit View Auto in Spencerport to purchase our family's new-to-us vehicle. Of all the dealerships and salespeople I encountered during my stressful and lengthy vehicle search, Ricky was the most professional and courteous. For example, NYS DMV never mailed our old car's title to us after we paid it off during the pandemic. We had to wait 3 business days for it to be generated and mailed to us. Ricky amazingly and patiently waited until we had it in hand to finalize our vehicle purchase. Other dealerships would not have been so understanding and accommodating. We now have an impeccably clean, beautiful, and well-maintained SUV with low mileage at a great price and customer service that went above and beyond our expectations.
