Bought an intercooler piping kit for an Evo 8/9 on Monday 9/9/24. On Friday 9/20/24, the piping kit still hasn't been shipped, so I gave them a call. They said they were waiting on a coupler but the kit would be shipped early the next week. Never got any sign of shipment, but gave it some more time. Today is Wednesday 10/2/24, I checked my shop app and the piping STILL hasn't been shipped. Gave them a call and guess what they said... "we're waiting on a coupler but should ship the kit out early next week." Heard that before. I don't even know how this company is in business when ETS would've shipped the kit 30 minutes after you placing the order. This is a couple of pipes, silicone couplers and clamps. Ridiculous.

I ordered a hellcat supercharger gasket and they shipped it right away, but you know fedex, fedex bent it and ruined it and right away within 20-30 minutes of emailing them photos they said they’re sending a new one out with tracking again. No hassle. Super easy to work with and amazing customer service. Thank you so much!!

Shout-out to STM team, was able to order a few TIAL BOV o rings and they were quick in processing and overnighting my parts to get my vehicle back up. Super easy to work with and would order from them again.

Huge shoutout to Morgan and the entire Team at STM for assisting with my recent orders. Even though I'm located on the other side of the world, processing and shipping is always extremely fast and I always get exactly what I order. Also, STM provides actual in-house product photos of many parts on their website, which is very helpful and something I don't think they get enough credit for.

Good company the shipping parts sucks. When you call ask if they have it and will it ship the same day. Then get told yes have it in stock and will ship same day. But ships 2 days later

Every time I make a purchase with STM they send a tracking number right away and usually get it shipped same day! By far the best aftermarket parts company I’ve worked with so far!

Kid at the front desk was rude when I walked in, after waiting for someone to help me he acted like he owned the place not even willing to speak to anyone else offering no help. Looked like he was maybe 19 years old.
