The first time I had a good experience with a dealership, easy and helped me out a lot and kept me in the process through the whole thing , gotta give a special thanks to Ralph and Ricky Bobby for all the help they gave me, hands down the two best car sales men I have ever met and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, if your looking for a car stop by here they have the best deals hands down

They’re lucky they even received 1 star from me. I thought I was purchasing a car, but they sold me a lemon… a decent shell with a broken engine. I purchased the car in September of 2016, and the car broke down by October 2016 despite routine maintenance care. All payments were on time and I even took it to the larger doan facility across the street for oil changes, etc. I got it checked before driving to Buffalo in October of 2016, and I was told everything would be fine. They lied. It stopped a couple of times between here and back. Then when I got back it died out completely. I had them come get it because they wanted me to pay thousands to get it “fixed” lol.. I refused and it’s still on my credit report even though these frauds are now closed down. At least they’re not able to trick people out of their hard earned money anymore. I wish they’d closed down before I ever got a chance to get to them.

I bought an suv this is a great place to go to and great people to work they work really hard to get you the right vehicle I had bad credit and just started a job and was at the bottom with a vehicle that was on its last leg. Paul the manager did everything he could to get me the vehicle Im in. It’s a 2015 Honda and I love it. So I just want to say thank you Paul for everything.

I was having a hard time finding a truck that met my needs, until I found DOAN E-Z- Auto. Not only did they have the truck that we needed for our business, they were able to get us the financing we deserved. The process was entirely too easy from start to finish. All of this thanks to Erik. He was amazing...I loved his no pressure attitude, great communication skills and follow-up. He was more than accommodating and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. He's been left with instructions to contact us should any other beautiful trucks appear on the lot as we are trying to build our fleet. Thanks Doan E-Z Auto...I guess we aren't the only place that makes it easy. You have a customer for life.

They do business the right way!This was very possibly the best and easiest car buying experience I've ever had, and I've owned many vehicles. Erik was awesome, very down to earth not pushy at all. When I told him my wife and I needed to discuss it overnight, I offered (as most dealerships require) to leave some money "down" to hold it. He told me that's not how they do business, to go talk, and that the vehicle would be there waiting tomorrow. When we decided to pull the trigger, he was able to do all the legwork (credit app, talking w/my insurance company) over the phone and in 1 day. We picked up the vehicle the same day! No extra fee's, no trying to low ball on my trade-in, and we were still able to negotiate a good deal for both sides. I won't hesitate to recommend Roc E-Z Auto and Erik to anyone who asks, and we will be looking at them when we need to replace our next vehicle.

I just wanted to say THESE GUYS PAUL and Erik are absolutely the best for many reasons. Paul stayed late to show me a car one night, Eric helped get the deal done quickly. They both explained everything all the way through, they were honest and caring and made me feel like I was part of there family. I honestly can’t say enough good things about my buying experience there other then I will be back to buy another car snd HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone looking for a vehicle. One last thing is shout out the lot guy. He did a great job getting my car ready for me when It was time to pick it up, just don’t let him get behind you.. Hahaa. Thank you all again for everything, I LOVE MY TRUCK!! Make sure you give them a call when you are looking for a vehicle!!!

Paul was absolutely awesome from beginning to end. He was able to get me into an ideal vehicle that EXCEEDED my list of requirements AND stayed within my budget. Highly recommend roc ez auto! Erik was an amazing sales person , after the nightmare I had at crazy cheap cars he put my mind at ease and treated me like a person and not just a dollar sign like most salesmen.
