Kyle is about the rudest car salesman I ever met. First when you walk in the door no one even says hi! My daughter wanted to test drive a $11,000 car and they acted like she was trying to steal a 2025 Aston Martin. He rudely asked her for her license and proof of insurance just to test drive the car. Then when he found out she was under 21 he demanded my license. I'm definitely not comfortable with some random person having a copy of my license and insurance when I was not the one doing business with them.

I just helped my daughter get a car there. My wife and I would never go anywhere else. They know customer service. The sales staff and service is second to none.

Don’t buy from here. My wife has only had her car not even for three months and now we have to replace all four tires. They will screw you over.

Horrible customer service I was told that the bank would not finance it because the mileage was too high. I put $100 deposit down May 8, 2024 now today it is May 24, 2024 have not received my payment which was supposed to be credited back to my account four days ago spoke to the manager Derek only to be told that his guys are new and what do I want him to do because I was frustrated with the whole process And I was lied to.. or excuse me I was given the runaround if that’s a better term to use yes I was livid only because of the treatment so I feel I have the right to be upset waiting for my deposit. It may not be much but it’s still my money, and I would not recommend to anyone no matter what credit score you have which mines is fair which means nothing to these guys taking advantage of people who they feel are in need, which all I needed was GREAT Customer service… that would have made the whole experience that much greater, and I would have had nothing negative to say about them.

The salesman was friendly when we walked in the door. However, that's where the good portion of the experience ended. We had picked out a car, a 2016 Chevy Cruz. Before I offered a price, I had done some homework on the Edmunds appraisal site. The car was rated as rough. When I showed the suggested Edmund price to the salesman he indicated repeatedly that the prices were not set at the budget lot and he could not lower the price. If that's so then why does the website invite us to "make an offer"? Our recommendation, don't waste your time at this car lot

Highly recommend this place if you are in the market for a used car if you are on a tight budget. Kyle was our sales representative and he was very nice and helpful! Only downside was the turn around time on the financing portion but if you have patience then it shouldn’t be an issue ! They did everything in their power to get us the best loan for the car with a low interest rate & the communication was very smooth ! Very satisfied !

I had never bought a car from a dealership, and I was nervous, given how used-car salespeople are portrayed in the media. Kyle Baker could not have been further from the stereotype! He was friendly, helpful, low-pressure, and gave me honest, helpful information at every turn. I strongly recommend him to anyone looking for an older car. I love the Honda I bought from him!

That lot is full of it. I Tried to get a car that cost 10,000 off the lot they said the bank wont finance it due to high mileage.But they were willing to put me in a car with higher payments. When i wouldn't budge they stop communicating with me. They refunded my money without me knowing.sad

I've been looking for a Ford Truck for about a year and a half. I finally found one I thought was worth looking at, at a price that was fairly grounded in today's used truck market. A 2016 Ford Lariat, under $20,000. My salesman, Kyle Baker made it very easy to purchase this vehicle. Kyle let me take the vehicle to my mechanic (about 20 miles) without hesitation. After my mechanic approved, I purchased that vehicle. Kyle was no pressure from minute one. He made it very easy and actually pleasant. At the end Kyle had my vehicle impeccably clean and was very efficient with the closing paperwork as well as explaining the many electronic options on the fully loaded F-150 Ford Lariat. I'm still figuring things out about the electronics and such but upon leaving Kyle told me if I have any problems figuring things out just to give him a call and he'd help me out. Not only would I recommend Bob Johnson Budget Lot, I'd recommend you ask for Kyle Baker to take care of your sale. Thanks Kyle.

Staff was friendly and helpful with the questions I had. The vehicles available aren't plentiful but there are some decent ones. I personally am not to keen on the process that use for selling vehicles off this lot but it made sense when explained.I am not bothering going back again but that's just my experience. They did say they may be able to approve me even with less than stellar (shot) credit though so that is a plus.

Bought a car 4 days ago the fist night the headlight is out how it got inspected with no headlight I don't but told to take they would fix but they want to schedule an appointment in the future instead easily fixing it. So I had to buy my own bulb which might be the problem i have to have a friend fix or wait for an appointment. Unbelievable how you can buy a car and the headlight doesn't how they get away an inspection but they at all on a car i bought 3 days agowere bot helpfully
