Dr. Sullivan and he staff were wonderful. They were very professional, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. They talked with us about our cat in great detail, asked relevant questions, and took the time to help us understand possible diagnoses, medications, and prognoses. We felt very comfortable with them and will continue to take our other animals there. ❤️

Very professional,knowledgeable, and compassionate staff ,Dr Sullivan' truly cares about your pets well being,They do an amazing job even with the amount of work they have on a daily basis they go out of their way to fit seeing my dog in a matter of a couple days notice ,as I am a truck driver it is difficult handling emergencies on the road.Truly genuine and caring about your pets well being.

They assessed quickly that my dog had a torn CCL which is a legament in the knee and it's either expensive surgery or pain meds the rest of her life I chose pain meds and she's doing pretty good

I have a miniature dog with reactions to some Vaccines & terrible allergies. Dr. Sullivan & her Staff are 100% Vested in the proper care & health of every animal that they treat! We have recieved. Wonderful Staff & Atmosphere!! A truly great experience putting paniced families at ease during emergency situations! Very professional & knowledgeable. I would hate to take my little guy or any pet elsewhere. I Love these people & so does my fur baby! ??❤️

WOW I WAS AMAZED! The hospitality of these workers and dedication I just got at this place was amazing. My dogs foot got ran over they took him right in and took car of it. They care about your animal WAY MORE THAN MONEY! I can't say enough good things I feel about this place right now just amazing

Really thankful for finding Spencer Animal hospital today,our rabbit was not able to get to Cornell today and had an emergency that we didn't want to wait over the weekend for and they helped us out quickly with great staff. Thank you!
