When we first got it, we had phone and internet bundled. We then decided to "upgrade" to no phone, "better" internet speeds. So far, it's spotty at best, frustrating since this is a household of gamers. We have contacted them and they swapped the modem out, saying there was no "record" of any issue, trying to blame the wifi (we are all connected via ethernet cables), and what not. It started when we changed packages. Slow speeds, dropped service, you name it. Looking for another provider now.

Outstanding service! This is my second account with Haefele Connect. My installation for my second house was today. Excellent communication from Brandy at the Main Office. The tech, Alex had my service up and running within an hour! Later in the day I had done something that interrupted my service, within minutes after calling customer support, I received a call from Corey. Corey made a house call after 7pm! He fixed my internet and went above and beyond by helping me get my TV connected to the internet. Top notch customer service from this small town company! Thank you!

Customer service above and beyond ANY cable/internet provider we've ever experienced! Always a same-day response by a friendly, knowledgeable technician. JASON came to our summer cottage on a Sunday evening -- professional and personable -- and resolved our issues immediately. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Spotty service. The service consistently “flickers” in and out. The download and upload speeds are sub-par (consistently around 5-6 mbps for download and under 1 mbps for upload). A technician did come out to check the box several years ago but the internet continues to be sluggish and spotty. Seven years ago we were told that it was the only service that’s available in our area (Enfield), but we’re currently exploring other options.

Terrible. We've called multiple times over the course of months to establish a new account and have been met with nothing. We get told we'll receive a call back and never get one, told our address isn't covered when our nextdoor neighbors (same side of the road since they'll say that matters) use this company, or flat out told the address doesn't exist. My fiance finally got through 15 days ago and told a technician would be out in 3 days to see if we could receive service and yet 15 days later we can't even get through on the phone. I would not recommend this company and am so deeply disappointed they were our only option. It's been 15 years of living at this address with no internet and seems like it will remain that way indefinitely.

For this to be a little company outside if these big corps. I would recommend 10/10. 2 years and Never had a wifi problem and when their system was acting up they called to see if I was still connected. Best 60 something bucks I ever spent for a service. Thank you for the great service.

They are liers and thieves! The customer service is very rude! It's so bad they shouldn't even get a star! Every one in the town of Bradford needs to call Spectrum!

Any problem I have ever had with this company, (outages, etc.), which are very rare, were quickly addressed, and I was kept in the loop as to repair status. All emails to the company are quickly followed up with a reply or phone call. Rare these days. I highly recommend....Nuff said...

I'm wondering after reading the reviews. Which overall are pretty bad. Is it worth trying "Haefele" compared to Spectrum? Spectrum is fine but constantly up the prices with no improvement. Also curious about doing a home connection with AT&T wireless. Any info is helpful to save me some deep research time. Thanks

The customer service is very rude and multiple people from their customer support have been hostile towards me. I was calling because my internet was out. UPDATE: They came out to fix my internet the same day, even though it was a Saturday. David was nice and said they were looking into the customer support who treated me poorly.
