I am appalled that Sparkill post office would even hire someone of such low public speaking abilities with their customers. Ms. Nova Davis, is an excessively rude woman with no communication skills. There is no room for such behavior in this community. I went over with my four year old daughter to delegate a matter about how my mail was being left on and around my mailbox. A woman named Sonya was extremely helpful and polite with my matter. As I was walking out the facility a short woman comes charging at me and my preschool aged daughter cursing and asking me what was my problem and confirming that she was the mail person that delivered my mail. I tried to show her pictures that I had on my phone but she had no interest she was at the top of her lungs for no reason. As she kept speaking in a loud voice and behaving in a rather aggressive manner I tried to walk out since it was clearly not a safe place for me or my kid. However, she came charging at me again from a back room threatening me that she knew me and my family and where my family lived. I find this an overstep of her power as a delivery person. Just because she had such information doesn’t mean she can use it to threaten community members. Unfortunately, I have tried to place several complaints and although her colleagues all agree that Ms. Davis is a bully no one does anything about her terrorizing behavior towards the Sparkill community.

Sonya is helpful. Xavier the postmaster did a good job sprucing this historic post office up!

I do not think I've ever encountered a U.S. postal service with 5 stars. I was curious and in the area so visited this location, and was impressed. It's in a cute area, across the street from a cafe. The post office was clean, and not busy whatsoever. Also, the mail clerk who helped me was kind, helpful, and professional. Definitely recommend this post office if you are in the area and in need of shipping.

Sorry to say but the new guy working here is terrible. There was a really nice lady working here before, always helpful and accommodating. The person currently working here has always a problem with something. I will stop going there.

Service sucks, never open when they are supposed to be, just shut this place down - packages are marked as delivered and are never delivered, when they are delivered, they are stuffed into mailbox and mailbox is left open with lid hanging down for anyone to come along and take everything, too lazy to get out of the truck to deliver packages to the front door, never mind anyplace else indicated for safe delivery. Privatizing would help greatly, this place is a waste of taxpayer money
