I have been coming here for years with my family and always felt like it was a charming, off the path winery.. Very disappointed to be charged a “corkage” fee when I purchased a few bottles of wine to consume on their property. If I buy your wine I shouldn’t be charged extra to drink it on your property. It just leaves a bad taste…. I’ll probably come back but limit how many bottles I buy next time.

This was our favorite from the North Fork wine trail. We felt extremely comfortable and “at home” while here. The place is family friendly and the owners are very nice. We sat on the back porch which is covered but the inside of the place used to be an old barn and it has such a rustic and homestead feel. There were picnic tables near a pond as well. Even with two little kids we didn’t have any trouble here. I’d highly recommend! The Winsome White was my favorite that I tried!

Wonderful, characterful winery with extremely friendly staff. A much more personal experience than the more corporate wineries nearby, not to say that their wines aren’t also delicious!

Wonderful personal experience with the owner. Fantastic wines. Unfiltered Sauvignon Blanc is exceptional!! (Our favorite vineyard visit on the North Fork!) We can’t wait to go back and bring our own lunch to pair with their wine. ?

Very cozy and unpretentious vineyard, so different from the rest that are out there. No hidden or ridiculous fees, not asked if we had a reservation and made to feel awkward, we were welcomed with warm arms as if we were family. The grounds are simple and rustic, a bit worn in and old farm-like, but that is its appeal. The service could not have been warmer or friendlier. Sit outside and enjoy the flock of chickens coming up to you. And the wine was delicious as well!

This is a cozy winery with a wonderful tasting room. We came here with a family on a cold January day. The chickens were hiding under the barn but we were warmed inside by their small stove. They have games to play and a nice ambiance. We loved that this vineyard has been family owned for 100+ years too! We'll definitely be back.

My new favorite winery! The wine club is one of the best deals on the North Fork.

A lovely relaxing place to enjoy a sampling of some very good wine. The tasting room has a comfy cozy feel and is the cutest winery on the fork. The inside decor is rustic and we really enjoyed the wood burning stove. DONT miss It!!!!!

Beautiful and friendly family wine-makers, specializing in dry wines in a gorgeous farm setting. Lovely atmosphere and wines are top quality. We brought 4 bottles home and will be back! Thank you!

One of my favourites on the North Fork. There is no indoor seating, just a large beautiful property with plenty of picnic tables and adirondack chairs. There is a little pond as well as a large chicken coop - you can buy feed for a dollar for the chickens. You can brimg your own snacks as there is no food offered here. This is one of the most relaxing, quite wineries out here.

Beautiful vinyard and great wine in relaxed bucolic setting. The owner was welcomimg, extremely nice, and very friendly. Our 10 year old and 6 year old had plenty to do picking and eating mulberries and playing board games while we tried the mixed flight. I would highly recommend visiting Old Field.

My family has been going to Old Field for over a decade and we've always had great experiences. I was lucky enough to be married there this past summer and throughout the whole process the owner, Ros, and her daughter, Perry, were phenomenal. It's a family run business and you really feel it. Old Field is perfect for a casual drink any day of the week as well as your most special day!
