Got a doordash gift card. Pin was not scratched when purchased. Attempted to use the card it was invalid. Called doordash customer service and was told that the card was redeemed.

Staff was helpful, shelves were stocked. They have a cute section of souvenirs of the East end. It was a sweet step back in time.

They wouldn’t tell me if my medication was in stock because it is controlled. My doctor asked me to call around before sending the rx because it has been an issue. I asked to talk to the pharmacist and was told he made the rule to not disclose whether they had controlled substances on hand and was promptly hung up on. Extremely rude and unnecessarily so.

Excellent pharmacy: well organized, polite and professional staff. What's more if your order comes to $10 or more, they will deliver. Much better that Colonial Drugs & Surgical, which egregiously mishandled one of my prescriptions!

I am visiting from another state. I had terrible service, Cashier in the front ripped my credit card. Card is ruined. Then I went to the back checkout to use apple pay and stood in line for 5 minutes. I was told to wait even longer because “someone was in front of me” even though nobody was physically standing there. Workers weren’t the nicest to me. So I just put my singular key chain back and walked out. I will never be going back there again.

Nothing worse than suffering and then having to be judged by arrogant small town, small minds when retrieving medication prescribed by Scholars with an Ethical Oath which the people at the pharmacy do not possess in the basic sense of good taste.

Very Helpful, and friendly. They are quick and interact with their customers and will help with any issue or question. Moving from my old pharmacy to Southold is the best decision I made.

Had meds in stock that were not carried by the big chains nearby, pharmacist was no-nonsense, competent and flexible. Everyone I dealt with was friendly.I also liked their thoughtful selection of high quality toys and games, each with notes discussing developmental/educational value.

This is the first time I have ever written a review of any business. But after the way I was treated by a woman that took my call I was shaking! She was the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She was screaming at me, as if I was a small child. I am dumbfounded how this person has a job, unless she owns the business. My doctor called in my renewal Rx and apparently it was different from the previous RX dosage. She SCREAMED AT THE TOP OF HER LUNGS because she had to take 3 phone calls from my doctor in order to get the correct dosage. This isn't the first time I have been mistreated here, but its the LAST

Like this old timey place but just can't recommend in this era of the COVID-19 variants. All the staff is masked but the pharmacists! And they're snotty about it. Ridiculous.

I am appalled by the reviews published here. I have lived in Southold for 50 years and this pharmacy is fabulous, it is one reason I will never leave this town. I don’t recognize any of the negative reviewers names and perhaps they were just super stressed. You can trust this pharmacy completely.
