STAY AWAY from this business!!Got estimates on 2014 Chevy Suburban 360 for power steering hose and paid 646 dollars ( Jose blamed it on his secretary) !!!Saab 9 5 station wagon sat in there over 10 days,finally his mechanic called gave me estimate for 685.46 dollars. I told him it’s ok I will take the car somewhere else he told I’ll have to charge you 80 dollars!!!! He did the job for 685.46 I had no choice.BUT YOU CAN STAY away from these CHARLATANS . Thanks

This is company are the biggest bunch of thief's I've ever encountered. The Southold Police called them to an accident scene and they towed my car. All they did was back up into the car and tow it, nothing special. They stored my car for four days and charged me $1,700.00 Over $800.00 in so called administrative fees. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR THERE THEY ARE THIEFS!!!!!!!!Service: Car towing

I had a good experience at On the Move Auto Repair. I noticed while driving in Peconic that something had penetrated my tire and it was losing air. I Googled "auto repair near me." The first place I tried, in Southold, said I needed an appointment and the first one available was the next day. Next I tried On the Move and was told he could fit me in without an appointment. I stopped in 10 minutes later and my tire was fixed on the spot for a reasonable price, I think $25, even though I was driving a Tesla. The hole in the tire was near the edge, so it was a tricky repair, but it has held up for six months and counting. I would go to On the Move again. In fact, we plan to bring our Kia there today because the brakes are making a funny noise.

I was returning from vacation and my car was running hot. As I got off the ferry the needle was almost in the red zone and I had to pull over. Luckily I found this shop just before I had to stop. They let the car cool down, looked it over and added anti freeze. Alfredo was very helpful and friendly, and the price he charged was more than reasonable. I was able to make it home without any damage to the engine. I was very appreciative that they stopped what they were doing to make sure I made it home with my family safely.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We are still in shock that the job didn’t get done, they stopped texting and calling us. They did the diagnostic, told us what needed to be repaired, we agreed, they said they would return to do the work and they never returned and stopped communicating with us completely . Everything looked good and then went all bad. How? Why? In shock..
