I have a Chrysler Sebring hardtop convertible 2008 that's in very good condition and has only 30,000 + mi. on it... I needed a few things done made the appointment very easily... The service department was top notch...
While I was waiting everybody that I saw doing their jobs all smiled and asked me if I needed a refreshment or coffee or help with anything wonderful absolutely fantastic people from the owner and to everyone else... Mullen Motors ,are kind, courteous, professional, and everybody has a great attitude... That's called PRIDE...!!!

OUTSTANDING Customer Service, above and beyond! As I am a transplant from CT my Jeep Wrangler wasn't purchased from Mullen Motors. After moving to LI and hearing rave reviews about them I decided to make an appointment for my car inspection and tune-up. Not only was it easy to schedule, the wait time was short and I was given updates as to exactly what needed to be done as well as the cost.I've been going back ever since for all of my servicing and I would recommend Mullen Motors to anyone wanting to be treated like family. They are the best, and I'll always remain a loyal customer. Mullen just did a 1 to 25 reverse split on the stock market, that’s the way to rip off investors,, this morning 5/4/23 8:00am after they got a supposed $65 million contract, the stock plunged to a lifetime lows non stop.

Used to be great. Service department will only service certain vehicles under warranty. Make sure you clear that with them upfront regardless that the vehicle is under warranty

Absolutely hands down will never purchase a vehicle from anywhere else.When purchasing my Gladiator every other dealer was pushing whatever they had on the lot.Mullen's was the only one that offered to sit down and build the vehicle with the features desired. LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!
