Our porterhouse from Wayside this summer was the most exceptional and memorable steak he or any of the rest of us have had in years. Yes it was pricey, but there simply is nothing to say besides that the best doesn't come cheap. I can't speak to the rest if Wayside's offerings, but when it comes to beef, there is no equal.
