have the suburban (with nearly 300k miles) and an Escalade. But this review is about the people at Buzz Chew~ this is a fabulous crew of people and because of them I remain loyal. Not that long ago I considered purchasing another brand vehicle and visited several dealerships- and during that time as I compared experiences with what I knew at Buzz Chew, buying another brand became only a brief consideration. Brian and his team go above and beyond the minute you step foot in his dealership~ they are friendly and attentive. But let’s be frank, a true measure of excellence is the service department. You may spend a few days in the sales department deciding, but once you purchase, routine service for performance and longevity will likely have you visiting service several times a year for a few years ~ this team is extraordinary. At the frontlines of the service department are Kenny, Dan and Chris ~ and though Kenny is my go to guy (from coordinating service appts to road side emergencies) and I can’t rave about him enough , all (including Bruce) have been there to provide excellent customer service.
