I went to Randall's auto body after I got into an accident. My bumper was damaged pretty good along with some other minor issues as a result. Brought our truck for repair bc the whole side was crashed in. The entire damaged side was repaired and repainted. After Rocco and his guys worked their magic you couldn’t even tell that there had been damage! I swear it came back better than we dropped it off! They even detailed the truck for us, it came back absolutely immaculate!!! We worked directly with Rocco—what a sweetie!!!!! He is knowledgeable in his trade, communicative, honest, and prompt. The price was right and we were certainly in good hands!! I hope we will not need any future repairs done, but if so Rocco is our go-to guy!

I had a great experience at this business. We had an unfortunate accident out in Montauk, so we contacted Randall's. They had a tow truck there for our vehicle within an hour, and we were able to deal directly with the owner and his associate Rocco. They were courteous, professional and honest. Randall’s Auto Body does professional work. I have used their services for many years. John and Rocco are attentive to detail. They handled all aspects of my previous repair by dealing with the insurance company and arranging a rental car. The work was finished in a very short time with a perfect paint match. Randall’s Auto did a great job for me. They worked with my insurance company and made sure I didn’t pay anything above my deductible. My car looks brand new after my accident. The service was fantastic and they delivered on time as promised. Made the awful experience of an accident easy to deal with and headache free. The owner and his body man, Rocko, are both rude and unprofessional. I went there after being insulted by the owner to show Rocko the damage, and I thought maybe he was having a bad day and Rocko was much worse. He shot me a price nearly double of 2 previous estimates without even examining the car. Then he told me that if I brought him the cash right now, he'd start working on it. These two characters are bad news!!

Went in to get a headlight changed. They said they had the part then ended up putting a used bulb in & asked me if it was okay after the fact. Uh sure, since you already did it. The bulb went out within a week & they refused to help me. I went by at 4pm and they were already 'closed'. I saw workers in the back & offered to go buy an entirely new bulb if they could please put it in & they declined. Felt totally ripped off & do NOT recommend. Bad, shady service.
