If you go in here, you may run in to two girls having a conversation. They may not greet you & ask you to let them know if you need any help. You may need to apologize for interrupting their conversation, which you may receive a somewhat snarky reply. Yes, and if you're considering buying jewelry they may very well encourage you to buy, but fail to mention that any jewelry sale is FINAL. No exchanges or returns on jewelry. Otherwise, it is a cute place.

This boutique seemed nice from the outside, I had friends from out of town come to my house and we grabbed some food at love lane kitchen. We decided to go in and look around. It had been years since I'd been in there, and honestly it was laughable. They're prices are insanely marked up, my best friend commented because she works in the corporate office of one of the brands they carry..she was shocked. I think they are taking advantage of the locals who want a nice pair of jeans etc but won't take the drive to a mall, so it's easier to just pay their prices. Aside from the prices, the customer service was odd. There was a girl who greeted us but then basically stared us down the entire time, not friendly or engaging. I wouldn't waste my money here and hopefully this deters others from doing so. I hate to see anyone getting ripped off. You can find these pieces at Bloomingdale's or anywhere online which has a much better return policy and about 20-40 $ cheaper.

Love this place. They always have gorgeous pieces for any occasion. The employees are very helpful and make the shopping experience personal and pleasurable. I'd like to give particular praise to the 2 young ladies who kept the shop open for me past closing (on Friday 7/15/22) so that I could find a few things before my trip. They never peeped a word that the store closed 10-mins after I checked out but when they unlocked the door to let me out, I felt deep appreciation. It was a level of service that makes you want to continually come back. The buyer for this shop has a great knowledge of what the clients want as well as their sizes. I am always so grateful when I pick out an item here and my size is still available. The shop is immaculate but welcoming. Can't really explain it other than, You feel like you can touch or try anything on without disturbing the prettiness of the well-manicured layout.I wish them continued success. We need shops like this in the community and I will continue to support them.

Cute store but not very inclusive in the clothing department. I got a pair of pearl earrings from here which I love. Cool vibe and every time I visit I bring home something small from here. The staff there is friendly and sweet.

Terrific little store with great looks for young girls and older women. I pick up Michael Stars tees and Hanky Panky undies every season. Worth a visit when you are on Love Lane for brunch at Love Lane Kitchen or picking up donuts at the newly relocated NoFoDoCo.
