"Jane" at the Southampton Metro Self Storage Facility is a wonderful person and an amazing asset to the Metro Self Storage franchise. She is extremely professional and the knowledge she has of her job is exceptional. I have known her for many years and she has always given the same level of quality Customer Service. Whether your needs are big or small, long term or short, complex or simple, my experiences have always been met with empathy and a genuine effort to help satisfy my current circumstances. She's very reassuring and thorough. Thank you Metro Self Storage for having Jane in your employ to help us with our often times urgent and unpleasant situations. Metro Southampton - The absolute BEST within at least 100 miles! I'm not just saying that... I've had to move all over Long Island & NYS for work. I had literally tried EVERY storage facility the Hamptons had to offer before I found Metro in Southampton. If I had found it sooner, I wld have...-SAVED SO MUCH MONEYTIME & WORRY!!!Metro in Southampton costs way less and provides SO MUCH MORE!The proprietors, Jane & Michael are so nice & down to earth & normal!(tht seems so rare). They are completely approachable & available, professional, knowledgeable. No fuss, no muss! Honestly, always a pleasent experience.The facility is super clean & secure.The location is really, really convenient, even in the crazy summer months, you can get in & out in a flash.The location is in an almost residential area, it's so safe, it provides so much peace of mind.Listen, I rly don't do reviews often, but using Metro in Southampton was such an enormous UPGRADE to any other facility out here, that I had to say something!

My mom used Metro Self Storage in Southampton, NY for 10+ years to store fragile oil paintings, other art, and household items. It is a top-quality temperature controlled facility with reasonable rates, good facilities, and Jane who is the office manager is an extremely good person. I'd recommend Metro Self Storage in Southampton under Jane's stewardship without hesitation.

My wife died of 22 years and I had to get out of my apartment and I first I thought I just may need a little unit I want to get in an 8 x 10 before that a change in each three times Jane and NoelIe I am very very accommodating. I have used metal storage in the past and they may remember me like 10 years ago, so I am very pleased. My experience very painless, and so very grateful for the wonderful staff at Metro Self Storage Southampton, New York. And I have recommend this storage unit to many of my friends. Very grateful Patricia.

I have had 8 different storage units. The one at Metro is the best! It’s bright, clean, dry snd very easy to access. The manager, Jane is so helpful. Thankful I found Metro!
