Left there today with a smile on my face the staff at Mariners Auto are the best had a leak in my radiator they pinpointed the problem and left with a brand new radiator problem solved I highly recommend Mariners Auto to anyone in the East end you won't regret it ???

What a gem of a business!! Our car battery failed us on vacation and we were lucky to be referred over to Mariners. Eric the owner greeted us and immediately took control of the situation. Not only did he take good care of us but he went above and beyond, sending us off with fresh oil and wiper fluid. The customer service was beyond impeccable. They were genuinely concerned for us and interested in knowing us as people. The place itself is clean, obviously well run and family oriented. We feel so fortunate to have found them!Service: Auto battery maintenance

This place is the best out in the Hamptons. I've taken my Jeep to other mechanics in the past but now I only let Eric work on my JK....He is extremely knowledgeable, well priced, super friendly, with no pretense.....and best of all Honest. I went into the office to drop off my car and discovered the customer-facing staff doesn’t wear masks around customers, and they don’t respect people who are—the office staffer got within about a foot of me without a mask!I was so surprised I just cancelled my appointment—I couldn’t imagine giving money to people who don’t respect basic public health logic. It’s too bad, because they have such great service reviews.
