After spending time at the aquarium we were looking for reasonably priced place to eat for six of us. Which included three hungry teenagers! We weren’t sure if they were open but a gentleman greeted us from front door. We saw from the posted menu outside they served family style. From the moment we walked in we were made to feel very welcome and were helped choosing from menu. We had the pasta w vodka sauce, chicken parmigiana, and fettuccini Alfredo. They served Pizza bread with sundried tomato sauce for dipping. Everything was absolutely delicious! Being 100% Italian I am choosy about Italian food. The chef came out to see if everything was ok. So so good. We left full and were pleasantly surprised how reasonable the bill was. Service was excellent ! Don’t live in the area but will definitely be our go to place when out that way!!! I highly recommend this gem we found that afternoon! bravo!

We would like to take the time to say Thank you for an amazing spread! From the fried squid to the Seafood stew, lobster tails and lobster Mac n cheese, everything was amazing. Everyone commented on how delicious everything was. We definitely will be ordering again for next Christmas Eve, and whatever we may have in between!

Our Thanksgiving Feast from Insatiable Eats was utterly fantastic. Beautifully presented, delicious, and locally sourced. (Apple pie from Briermere Farms!). It was especially meaningful because we were able to help support their Citizens 4 Humanity mission, which delivers the same magnificent Thanksgiving meals to East End families in crisis--single mothers and their kids, seniors and, most recently, families affected by COV-ID.With a focus on single moms in the East End L.I. community, we have been lifting up our neighbors in need since 2010. Throughout the year, we receive names from community groups and schools of families who are struggling from a life crisis. We are fortunate to work with local farms to utilize extra produce that is transformed into healthy meals. Next Thanksgiving, please consider sponsoring a family of any size ($50), medium ($75) or large ($100). Or make an online donation of your choice through the C4H site or mail a check directly to Citizens 4 Humanity at 73 Foster Avenue, Hampton Bays, NY 11946. For more information, just call 631.377.3353. During the pandemic, Chef Marco Barrila of Insatiable Eats Catering and his wife, Sheila, have helped feed since the spring. We look forward to visiting Chef Marco and Sheila at their Water Mill restaurant and the Lobster Factory, and they are our #1 caterers of choice.

We were hosting a summer party on a yacht out of Sag Harbor. We contacted Insatiable Eats to provide the catering. There response in sending menus, reacting to our requests, was okay. Not terrible, not great, and given it was Summer it was understandable that it could take some time. Day of, we had a mid-afternoon departure and they had agreed to show up an hour early. We didn't really pay attention to the catering, with everything else going on, but as it became time to depart, the crew told us Insatiable Eats had not shown up (so were an hour late already vs. the promised time). After calling the office and cellphones of the people there for 15 minutes without any answer, finally there was a call back with some story about a truck being parked in, etc etc, and they were on their way. Another 15 minutes later - so 90 minutes past their delivery time and 30 minutes into our 3 hour party, they showed up. We then had to load, which took time, and was why they were supposed to arrive an hour early. The food was fine, it was what we had discussed, nothing spectacular but perfectly adequate. The frustrating aspects: no call to us once they knew they would be late - we had to chase them; no really good reason; having us lose 1/4 of the time once we were able to get their items on board; no apology or follow-up post the event. I get the Summer is busy, but don't take on events if you can't handle them. They then billed us twice for the event. We tried multiple times to call and email and ask for an invoice or why we had been billed twice, but no answers. (This was September and they should have been able to respond.) We have kicked this to Amex to sort out. Still no emails or calls from them though although its been a few weeks since the dispute. So, the food seems fine, but as other reviews have said, customer service is a big negative.

Wow, don't ever eat here! I used Insatiable eats for a party three years ago and today they 1. kept my credit card on file and 2. just charge me over a thousand dollars for a party that someone else had. When I asked how this could happen, they gave me no response. This is a bad business!

The food was very good but the customer service after the event was a nightmare. A vegan dish that was promised wasn't delivered and the excuses were laughable. First I got "we'll do something really special for you for your next order". This was catering I'd gotten for a 50th birthday party, a one time event, which the company knew - so this response was crazy. They also knew I was renting a house in the Hamptons for this event, and don't live in the area. After that, they said "you weren't charged for the dish" - but the contract included one price for the food, nothing was itemized, so this made no sense. There was so much back pedaling on why the dish wasn't delivered, none of it logical. Finally they told me I'd get a partial refund for the dish. I never got any refund and all my emails after that were ignored. During the menu planning, they had also told me one dish was vegetarian, that they later told me was vegan (after the event), so the vegans didn't even eat it, thinking it wasn't vegan. I would never work with this company again.

My boyfriend surprised me this past weekend with an incredible proposal! Insatiable Eats made our day even more special. Marco & Sheila are wonderful people with such talent! The meal was insane, we had appetizers, skirt steak, crab legs and his & her desserts! The crem brûlée was out of this world! I would definitely use them again!!

We decided to use Insatiable Eats for our Brooklyn wedding this past week, and my husband and I couldn't have been happier with our decision! The food was INCREDIBLE and the staff was very attentive to our guests' needs. With regards to food, we decided to make it non-traditional with stations and no formal sit downs. Our menu was an infusion of my favorite German/Dutch/NY foods with a Brazilian infusion (my husband is Brazilian). That said, we had stuffed pretzels, gourmet pizzas, a raw bar, and mini take-away burritos (a favorite midnight snack of ours, nonetheless). The appetizers or' pass arounds' consisted of Brazilian favorites like Cochinas. Our specialty drinks consisted of Aperol Spritz and Caiprirnha's. At one point, Chef Marco got creative and suggested we take the Dutch pancake potatoes and combine it with the Brazilian Feijoada, as an infusion of our cultures, and that tasted amazing. Insatiable eats not only cooked amazing food, but they brought forth their creativity, professionalism, and culinary expertise. Everyone had more than enough food and drinks! The staff was also very attentive and made sure all of our guests were happy. They were great with our rental set up and made sure it was up to par with the aesthetic vision we had in mind. They also had a friendly personality and were enjoyable to work with throughout the entire process. Lastly, I'll note that they donated all our leftovers to Citizens 4 Humanity "people helping people" feeding impoverished single mom families on Long Island. So it was wonderful to know that no food went to waste and our wedding brought the love to many others. We definitely picture ourselves keeping in touch and visiting their restaurant the next time we are in the Hamptons. And we'll of course recommend them to anyone!

As a California based company, I had to plan from across the country food and beverage for a last minute photo shoot in the Hamptons. Our needs are very specific and particular. Insatiable Eats truly listened to what our expectations were and made it happen! I will definitely call them again when we are in the area.
