BE VERY CAREFUL! They do not stand behind their work. I was charged over 3k for a repair and the following Monday the same lights were on. We contacted them with no response back from anyone. I had contacted the sales manager, the service manager, and the owner to no avail.

My overall experience for a couple of years has been excellent, the team is knowledgeable team and they routinely walk you through the work to be performed and I found Grand Prix Cafe reasonably priced.
Had brought in two BMW cars for detailing and when I picked them up, they looked like showroom condition! An artist worked on the cars! One car also needed some additional headlight maintenance which was performed in a timely manner.
Grand Prix Cafe for me means “peace of mind”.

I brought my 1985 Porsche 928s to them with the goal of making it run and drive like new. Mission accomplished!Kenny was clear in explaining what needed to be done and what the costs would be at each of the three stages of the work, providing detailed estimates each time.The work Kenny and Sebastian did is excellent and the cost was completely fair.When I picked up my car, I was pleased and surprised to find Julian, the owner, polishing the paint. He is a collector of classic cars and his passion for restoring them and doing things right is commendable.

What a great experience. Had my car serviced and detailed, new tires and breaks and my car looks and drives like brand new. They truly do love and cherish your car. It's always a pleasure dealing with Marcello and Kenny. True professionals.

GPC helped me sell 4 cars, and during the whole process, gave me sound, strategic, and honest advice. Julian negotiated fair prices for me and recommended declining some lowball offers that didn’t reflect the true value of the cars. The overall results were excellent, and I highly recommend GPC as a shop that can deliver exceptional expertise and great results in a competitive niche market.

I have been extremely unhappy with Kenny and Marcelo. The service calls have been an absolute nightmare. Probably they don’t have expertise with antique cars but their response time is pathetic (4 months and still waiting), I don’t even know if they’re still in business.

such a poor experience all around. the 'perfectly refinished by us car' they sold me stopped 1 mile from the garage on day one. these guys are also impossible to work with for service (I have texted them and call them over 20 times since may to fix a light - that by the way was never working). marcelo and Kenny have been beyond unhelpful.

This place was terrific. Peter and Marcello both went over and above to do a repair on my untouched perfect 2001 Mercedes 500sl and made me comfortable to leave my precious car there . Repair was perfect. Peter's passion and knowledge combined with his associate Marcello's dedication give a customer a reason to work with them. I look forward to working with Grand Prix in the future These two guys go the extra mile for their customer!

I cannot say enough good things about Marcello, Peter (the Service Manager), and the crew at Grand Prix Cafe. After months of searching for a specific car, I found one online at GPC that I was interested in examining more closely. After making an offer contingent upon a satisfactory inspection, I flew from California to New York based solely on Marcello's word - no contract, no deposit, no nothing. Marcello picked me up at the train station in Southampton on a Sunday morning - his day off, when he had other commitments - and spent at least two hours at the dealer while I examined the car and drove it. Over the next few days, while I arranged for a professional pre-purchase inspection, he picked me up at my hotel each day, and either he or Peter delivered me there each evening. He was straight-up honest with me, and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was satisfied each step of the way. After the purchase, he assisted me with arranging transport for the car back to California. I admit I had some initial concerns about doing all of this far from my home. However, I would not hesitate for a second to deal with GPC in the future. In fact, if these guys aren't careful, they're going to give used car salesmen a good reputation! Thanks again, Marcello!!!
