HUGE shout out to Jay and Linda for coming through for me on Valentine’s Day. I called because it was the closest flower shop, and my boyfriend had just left for a haircut. I thought I could at least attempt to see if they could make a delivery. Obviously they were very busy ? but it was worth a shot. I stayed on the phone talking with jay because he was very kind, open and helpful. I didn’t know what I was doing or picking out….but I was going to find one way or another to get to Dutch petals just because of their customer service!Long story short, Jay was able to squeeze a delivery in to me with another delivery he had nearby me so that I could surprise my boyfriend with an absolutely beautiful flower bouquet. He even delivered it himself!!! You guys are the best and you have a forever customer.Happy Valentine’s Day

DO NOT USE THEM! I ordered flowers through them and have attempted on multiple occasions to confirm if the order was delivered. They have NOT responded. I spent almost $100 on flowers and can't get an answer on delivery. Horrible customer service.

Flowers are always "past their prime " particularly the bouquets sold in Citarella. The flowers I sent recently from Dutch Petals for a friend's birthday we're also super disappointing. My advice- spend a little more and go to Topiare in Southampton.

Dutch Petals always exceed my expectations. Their staff is helpful, attentive and very kind. The ordering process and delivery to the recipient was seamless and the recipient was overjoyed with a beautiful, artful fresh arrangement. I will continue to use Dutch Petals for all of my flower deliveries!

After being tired of horrible flowers and price gouging and hidden fees from the national chains (FTD, (1-800-flowers) I did a little homework and decided to go local with Dutch Petals. I could not be more happy with the service and quality of the flowers . Stunning . I can't recall being happier with a flower delivery .
