Easy to get in/out of. But lacks a bathroom, you have go to The Pizza Place next door to use their clean bathroom facilities. You can also get soda/bagged ice/propane tanks for BBQ at this station too. Closes early at night at 11pm.

Unfortunately, I finally had to get a new muffler on my older car, and the long pipe I needed was obsolete. So, the brilliant magician, Merlin, worked his blowtorch magic, and my car now purrs like a kitten - so quiet! They did the job on time, at a very fair rate, too. This old, well-respected chain even offers coupons online for discounts. The entire staff is polite, helpful, super nice, and very professional. They really know what they are doing. Check them out - you won't be disappointed!

Have been going there with our cars for years, and the service has always been great. They're honest and extremely competent. Seems like lately though the office is not being well-managed. I've given up calling as the phone frequently isn't answered, so I just go down there when I need to make an appointment or ask a question, but that is not exactly ideal.

These guys have consistently been courteous, professional, neighborly, and downright NICE. On more than one occasion, they have helped me with odd incidental repairs, and have always been just great. I have to say, they're a model for how local businesses should be run. Hats off to them.

Always treated with respect and courtesy. Always have work done in a timely manner. Recommend Joe and Merl because they really work to accommodate you. They know everything about cars and will take the time to explain mechanics to you. They keep my car on the road and running and I'll be booking another oil change soon.

I got stranded in Southampton the other night with a dead car battery. Thankfully, I have AAA and the guy from Rapid Recovery arrived in about 30 minutes and started the car. I knew that I should get a new battery that night; if I didn't, I'd have to deal with a dead battery at home the next morning. The Rapid Recovery guy suggested Meineke, saying that he had just left there and there were still people there working. I drove straight there, but by then it was about 7:45 p.m. It turns out they're supposed to close at 5:00 p.m. but the employees often stay later to work on more cars so people can get them back quicker. They were as nice as could be, had a battery in stock, installed it, and we went on our way with grateful hearts. I recommend this shop highly and will give them as much business as I can when my car needs work!

Merrill and Joe make every other car repair service look like a sham. They are honest, fast, resourceful, very reasonable priced, and trustworthy. I'll never go anywhere else. My only complaint-they are so popular, there's no where to park-a good testament to their good work.
