We did fairly extensive renovations to our house and used Ferguson for just about every fixture in our kitchen and bathrooms, among other places. In general, Rita was great, and although she’s clearly overworked, came through in the end. However, the reason for this negative review, is that we had a problem, and, as is often the case, you learn the true quality of a place when something goes wrong. We bought a glass, shower door, and it shattered with no pressure being put on it at all. It’s taken them months to finally get back to us with a “solution”, which involves us paying for a significant amount of the replacement. If I had the time or inclination, we could be suing the manufacturer for a lot more than the cost of the replacement.So I don’t think people shouldn’t shop there, but for your sake, I hope nothing goes wrong, because if it does, you’re likely to get screwed.

I ordered sconces from visual comfort, the sales person should have mentioned that they didn’t come with shades. Now we’ll have to wait even more time to get the shades in. Terrible and rude customer service. I went home after looking through the show room and ordered every item I wanted from other websites because I did not want Ferguson to have the business.

Gorgeous showroom and parts department. My special order for a matching colored toilet seat did not work out as planned and was given full refund in the end despite toilet seat was used and I lacked original box. The Kohler product did not perform as expected, repeatedly loosening up. Five stars for their patience in dealing with a demanding private customer.

The worst service I have ever received. The people who work here are not fit to call themselves sales assistants, they are so rude. I was left shocked by my experience and when I shared with my friends they all said they had the same experience. Avoid at all costs.

We had a great experience working with the Manager Gina and at the staff at Ferguson Southampton. The manager and staff have a common goal to forcus on customer relations and customer satisfaction. The showroom has state-of-the-art selections like no other. We highly recommend visiting the Southampton showroom you will happy you did!!

1) Very good selection and impressive showroom; 2) Highly knowledgeable and friendly salespeople (loved Rita); and 3) Fair pricing. We worked with Rita who is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and gave VERY good guidance. We had 7 bathrooms and a kitchen to figure out, a LOT of details. It takes time to figure everything out, so patience is a virtue and Rita helped us every step of the way. She knows what she is doing and is not an order taker, but an advisor. It is a crazy time out East, so working together with the salesperson is key. Rita drew out how she would layout our bathroom fixtures on the shower wall, for every bathroom. I am using her drawings to give to the subcontractor and her suggestions saved everyone time and stress. She also gave me guidance on the master bathtub to make sure I flag to the contractor for installation, which was key to know earlier than later. I used another Ferguson in another state and there was no comparison. She made our experience enjoyable and less stressful.
