This branch is under new management and has been wonderful. The staff members are absolutely amazing. They were all very friendly and helpful. I am very happy with the services and will definitely be going back to this branch.

Worst customer service of all banks in Southampton. The teller in there has the most disgusting attitude and acts as if she hates her job. I rather use the ATM then see her face again. Also, if you are not white, they will not treat you right.
