“I am a 25 year customer of Buzz Chew Southampton- having purchased a Suburban and two Escalades over the years. Still
have the suburban (with nearly 300k miles) and an Escalade. But this review is about the people at Buzz Chew~ this is a fabulous crew of people and because of them I remain loyal. Not that long ago I considered purchasing another brand vehicle and visited several dealerships- and during that time as I compared experiences with what I knew at Buzz Chew, buying another brand became only a brief consideration. Brian and his team go above and beyond the minute you step foot in his dealership~ they are friendly and attentive. But let’s be frank, a true measure of excellence is the service department. You may spend a few days in the sales department deciding, but once you purchase, routine service for performance and longevity will likely have you visiting service several times a year for a few years ~ this team is extraordinary. At the frontlines of the service department are Kenny, Dan and Chris ~ and though Kenny is my go to guy (from coordinating service appts to road side emergencies) and I can’t rave about him enough , all (including Bruce) have been there to provide excellent customer service. Excellent vehicles, Excellent service, Excellent people!”

“Dean was instrumental in finding the 280SL I was looking for. Turned out to be a solid car. Had it shipped to Aventura & Todd went over it & dealt with immediate needs & detailed future fixes. They are very knowledgeable about 280SLs & have mechanics who work exclusively on this car. Very pleased with entire process to this point & they will certainly handle my future restoration needs.

Bob worked with me to replace it with an on line mirror saving me $2000!!!
He went above and beyond to get it done quickly, efficiently, honestly, and without a hitch.
It is the second time I used them,and size of job and $$$$ does not dictate a great job as well as customer service.
I would not hesitate to reccomed them or use them in future if needed.

“Easy to get in/out of. But lacks a bathroom, you have go to The Pizza Place next door to use their clean bathroom facilities. You can also get soda/bagged ice/propane tanks for BBQ at this station too. Closes early at night at 11pm.”

“My overall experience for a couple of years has been excellent, the team is knowledgeable team and they routinely walk you through the work to be performed and I found Grand Prix Cafe reasonably priced.
Had brought in two BMW cars for detailing and when I picked them up, they looked like showroom condition! An artist worked on the cars! One car also needed some additional headlight maintenance which was performed in a timely manner.
Grand Prix Cafe for me means “peace of mind”.”
