“I had an issue with a soap dispenser that I purchased through Ferguson when we did our renovation just a few years ago. We tried getting a new insert for it, but it never really worked properly. I contacted Ferguson again and had the pleasure of working with Jonathan Rich. He intervened on our behalf, first trying again with a new insert, but ultimately working with the company to replace the dispenser. It is hard to find individuals who will listen, problem solve, present solutions in the current climate. He was very responsive to my emails and calls and always extremely professional.
