stopped in looking for a 3-4ib piece of beef tenderloin. Dave took an 8lb filet and cut it down for me and trimmed it so nicely, far nicer than i have experienced at other butcher shops. i am super excited to serve it this Christmas! ❤️

If I could give this place 6 out of 5 stars I would. Great staff. Great prices and excellent selection of foods and meat. Their sandwiches and soup are also great.

Great little store front with a beautiful selection of fresh meat and poultry, and the added bonus of fresh sandwiches. We grabbed two gorgeous T-bone steaks and a Belly Buster sandwich. So nice to have professional butcher services available in a customer friendly environment

Butcher Dave's is NOW OPEN at 7286 Olean Rd. (Route 16), next to the new Tim Hortons. The shop carries high quality meats, to-go meals, catering services, deli salads & more.
In addition to a full meat counter, the store features many exclusively local goods such as NY Amish eggs, cheese made in Vernon NY, Burning Asphalt brand sauces and locally sourced produce. Shoppers will find a selection of grocery items available for purchase including breads, rolls, vegetables, homemade gravy & glass bottle milk. A pick up window will be offered for convenience.
