The women who works there did two cartilage piercings for me. First, let me start off by saying that she did not clean my ear or disinfect the gun tool that she used to pierce my ear-- she just pierced it just like that! Let me tell you that one piercing got infected and the other one is still on my ear but I am afraid to take it out before the hole closes, but it is still not healed and hurts up to today! Not only that--she also attempted to put earrings in my other HEALED cartilage piercings which eventually got infected due to the gauge being twice the size of my earring hole and also the earring and ear not being cleaned before inserted! Mind you, I had those piercings for about 10 years and now they are closed ever since I had to remove the oversized gauge earrings that she put on, as I mentioned caused infection and swelling. It was hard to get those earrings out, someone had to do it for me and the pain was excruciating! They are not professional piercings and I am glad that I did not let her pierce my nose with that unsanitary gun and earring! One advice that I would give to you is DO NOT GET PIERCINGS FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL PIERCERS! I found out later that cartilages should be pierced with a needle for less chance of an infection and faster healing process, so use my advice! Thank you

I went in to purchase earrings for someone as a gift. I specifically kept asking if they were real gold and she said yes . So I purchased it for a high price and then to come and find out they are fake earrings and it irritated the person ears.
