“Honestly, Customer Service was above and beyond, the two gentlemen at the front desk were polite, welcoming and friendly. I Went in for a simple inspection and as someone who knows nothing about cars i appreciated that they advise me additionally on the status of the vehicle and what i should do in the months to come. As a mom that was important because this was my only means of transportation for which i cant afford to do without having to carry my kids to school, work, errands etc. i am able to plan ahead per their advice and not wait until the worst that could happen.

“I came to Audra's "Women Auto Know" workshop hoping to become more educated about my car and to be more confident when going to auto body shops. All too often, I'm told what's needed for my car and then given a bill without actually knowing what I'm paying for and whether the work and/or part was needed. I came out of Audra's workshop a thousand times more confident. The workshop was great, and so was she. Audra was super patient, she gave us real world advice and even provided us tips to help us save money. I also watched her interact with her customers and she was fantastic. I highly recommend her course and will be coming here with my own car for its next

“After many bad experiences at my GMC service center in Sunnyside I asked neighbors for recommendations more local to where I live and many mentioned Broadway Auto Center and Harris. Today I visited for an oil change, inspection, an issue with my windshield sprayer and concern about a potential issue with my car. They took my car in and called me once they had had chance to thoroughly look at the car. Harris was excellent explaining everything to me and noted he couldn’t identify any issues. After speaking to me he did a second thorough check (including driving the vehicle) and again didn’t note anything. Rather than charge me for something that wasn’t an issue (my old GMC garage did this) he noted all the checks he’d done - and didn’t charge me for all the time he had spent. For the first time since buying my car many years ago I felt heard and treated with respect and honesty. I will be returning whenever there’s anything needed for my car from now on. Highly recommend!”
