I really wish I didn't have to make this review, 2 weeks ago exactly as the date of this post I got my sister's Pixel 7 pro screen repaired by them. Everything seemed fine I paid for an "original" screen which would have cost 240 after tax, I proceeded with it and everything seemed fine. A week in I noticed what I can only describe as specs in the screen when it displayed a white image but I didn't bother about it much and I started to think if this is really an original screen they sold me. Now as of yesterday of this the screen just blacked out you couldn't see or do anything on the phone. My only thought now is that the screen was not installed properly or it was a defective screen altogether, I carried it back hoping they could possibly resolve this issue and they said they'll check it out. A few hours later I was told we have to pay for a brand new screen again to fix the problem when I just spent so much just to get it fixed in the first place. You would think in a situation like this that a perfectly working screen just died 2 weeks of use purchased from them they would change it but no we have to pay for a brand new screen entirely. I wanted to trust this place but I can't just pay for another screen replacement when it was clearly a defective screen they sold me to begin with. I can't recommend them for any future transactions and my trust has completely gone.

DO NOT BRING YOUR TECH HERE!! They switched out my internal parts and ruined my device. Last week I brought my phone in to get the screen replaced. The cost was much cheaper than the other neighborhood supply shop and so I was excited to get a deal. However, I was surprised to be notified after dropping my phone off that the business only accepts cash as payment. Very shady and inconvenient. Furthermore, I was told that my repair would be completed at 6:30pm. I showed up at about 6:45pm and was told it would be another 5 minutes. After 15 minutes, I enquired again and they said another 5 more minutes. Unfortunately, my phone was not ready for about another hour, long after the shop was scheduled to close. I was quite disappointed to about the poor communication and the fact that I had to wait around the shop for so long only to continuously be misled. The worst part is that after picking my phone up, the battery no longer works properly. I was notified that the phone no longer has verified apple parts in it and now it needs to be charged multiple times a day. Previously, I had no battery issues on my relatively new phone and it would last on one charge for the full day. Now it only makes it half way through the day before dying and needs to be charged again at about 7pm even if I can recharge it to 100% at mid-day. I brought it into the apple store and they confirmed what I already know - they store my fully functional parts and replaced them with old battery, etc. I am so disappointed and now know they only accept cash payment so that you cannot charge back on their fraudulent services. I will be making a complaint with the better business bureau and the city of new york. The screen also looks terrible and the color is off now. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! THEY ARE AWFUL IN EVERY SINGLE WAY!!!!
