Pharmacy sucks! They don't always answer the phone. And they ALWAYS have an issue with my daughter's prescription. It's NEVER in stock! ? And anyone I speak to always has a different story about why they don't have the prescription or they'll lie and say it'll be ready tomorrow, but tomorrow never comes...

Not sure who is supposed to answer phone calls today, Friday November 17th at 3:41pm but kept calling and no answer.Very unprofessional for a pharmacy that is supposed to deliver life saving medication.

The woman working on shift at the pharmacy section Mondays at 4 pm is extremely unprofessional and rude. Good customer care would be answering to any concerns a patient might have. Instead, this person acted dismissive and made snarky comments about my little sister right in front of our faces when she had a simple inquiry. And she acted like this knowing that she's a minor. It takes a very evil mind to do that to a child.

Today was my 2nd visit to this branch rite aid , and there’s two individuals that has been going out of their way to assist me in whatever I need… I want to thank associates Natasha & Ashana for being MORE than helpful in my time of need whether it’s grabbing a prescription, pickup order, and even in store purchases. These two are super friendly, assistive, & helpful, and I look forward to my next visit!!! THANK YOU GUYS FOR THE HARD FOR, KEEP IT UP!

Rite pharmacy is one of the worst pharmacy ever. The cashier has a nasty attitude I mean if they don’t like their job they should quit. I have been calling this pharmacy for the pass month no one answer, they shouldn’t have phone if they don’t know how to answer customers. I work in retail and if my associates don’t answer my phone they face the consequences. And customers comes first. Will be switching my pharmacy to cvs cause they do a dam better job.

I visited that location for the first time last Sunday and would never go back there or recommend anyone. I'd prefer to drive another 5 to minutes in traffic to another location. I took my Mom to grab a couple things. 1st there was no basket or carts available. The two carts we saw had what appeared to be store related boxes/tags. I took the items(already in a clear plastic bag) out from of the carts and place them on a chair in front of the pharmacy. Apparently that made them upset and then all the nasty slangs started throwing our way. We were in our indian attire and the slangs were about our religion and and all. Religion had nothing to do with using the cart that were meant for customers. These two young ladies were going on. I come from years of customer service and that behaviour was uncalled for. Very bad representation of the business. The older lady had no help with about 6...7 customers waiting to cash out with items all hugged in their arms. I had to help a customer with her items to the counter since there was no basket or cart. The two of them didn't bother to assist the older cashier until a customer made a comment about waiting too long. I read all the reviews and clearly there is a customer service problem at this location. Word of advice start training your staff before putting them out on the floor or else you'll lose customers and continue to receive bad reviews. These girls need alot of training.Never Ever Returning Customer

I recently had an experience at Rite Aid while trying to pick up my prescription refill, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant one. Upon arriving at the pharmacy counter, I was greeted by Natasha, who informed me that I had no refills remaining for my prescription. This came as quite a surprise to me, as I was certain that I had only picked up one refill last month.I tried explaining this to Natasha, hoping for some clarification or assistance in resolving the issue. However, instead of offering any help, she seemed dismissive and uninterested in hearing my concerns. Thankfully, the pharmacist on duty noticed the situation and intervened to assist me further.The pharmacist took the time to review my prescription history and confirmed that I indeed had refills remaining. I was relieved to know that my medication was still available and that there had been a misunderstanding. However, the ordeal could have been avoided if Natasha had been more attentive and willing to listen from the beginning.To add to the frustration, I also had three additional items in my hand that I wanted to purchase with cash. Instead of cashing me out at the pharmacy counter, Natasha instructed me to go to the front of the store. This seemed unnecessary and inconvenient, as I was already at the pharmacy counter and expected to be able to complete my transaction there.Overall, my experience at Rite Aid was marred by poor communication and a lack of customer service from Natasha. While I appreciate the intervention of the pharmacist, it is disheartening to encounter such issues when simply trying to pick up a prescription refill. I hope that Rite Aid addresses these concerns and ensures a more positive experience for their customers in the future.

Customer service is very bad especially the pharmacy department the staffs are very rude and need to be retrained or find a new job seems like they don’t want to be there or like there job the older Guyanese lady she need to be fired have No customer service at all
