Customer service at the pharmacy is the worst. The lady who helped me when I went to see my medications is rude, poorly educated.

Everything is gone from this store location. Like literally. Shelves are empty. Not sure what's happening if they are closing down. I needed some baby stuff but no diapers etc.

This is consistently the absolute worst rite aid I have ever been to. Do yourself a favor and just fill your scripts elsewhere. The pharmacy is incompetent and has no care for their patients. It’s always a mess, the wait times are always ridiculous. They just don’t care. Save yourself some time and the headache.
