“Came here on a wing and a prayer to get passports for my children. I noticed a sign stating they were short staffed and were not processing any passports today. I decided to take a chance and ask. I was in luck. Marion told me he could help but he has to take care of the packages and mail first. And if I didn't mind waiting a bit he could help me. I was so appreciative. He was patient and kind. I'm so happy he was able to help us. Great customer service!”
“Went there to submit a passport application. I drove all the way from Brooklyn because the reviews said this was the best post office to go to for passports. And they were right. The ladies were quick and helpful. They took my passport photo and had me out of there in less than 30 minutes. Basically the opposite of every Post Office experience I've ever had before.”

“This was my first time to go to the post office to send express delivery. After queuing for about 5 minutes, it was my turn. “This is my go-to post office in Brooklyn. I live near this one and the church ave one and whenever I go to this one, the employees work at a normalpace and are cordial, not overly polite or rude, never a long line when, and it’s just easy to get things done here, quick and efficiently. If you live in the area, this is definitely a good one. Small but effective.”

“I come to drop off packages every once in a while and have had good experiences. My packages arrive to the destination around 3 days after drop off so very standard and professional. The post office is small, but the clerks work very fast to accommodate everyone. I haven't had any issues so far. They have been lovely so far.”

“This is the office located in my. neighborhood, and I have only but positives reviews. Raj the supervisor its very kind and has helped me many times, either over the phone, or at the office, he is so nice and always willing to help, I appreciated that. This morning he help out in order to make the line move a gave me a package that I went to collect. Also Miss Nicole helped me one time when I wrapped a package with duck tape and I didn't know it was forbidden, but she helped me out.

“Eddie helped me with my children’s passports and he made the entire process so easy. He answered questions about the paperwork and was knowledgeable about a unique situation we were dealing with. He was meticulous but everything was done quickly and perfectly. My daughter is 2 1/2 and my son is 7 months, they were both having a bad day because a lot had gone wrong, but Eddie made it brighter. He was extremely kind and patient with my both of them. In my opinion, Eddie is worth more than 5 stars.”

“This post office is the nearest office in my area. I have been going there for over 30 yrs and I must say it has improved since then. I have been recently going once or twice a week now and so far the cashiers have been very polite and my longest wait was maybe 6 minutes. Years ago my review would be a lot more negative due to the long lines and only 2 people working but I have seen improvements. It’s not as busy at least not when I go between 12-2p on weekdays. There is a young lady who is always polite, helpful and greets you with a smile. Not sure of her name but she is Clerk#78. She is a valued employee there, please acknowledge her and I’m sure she’ll keep up the good customer service and more.Thank you Clerk #78 for making my experience there a quick and pleasant one.”
