Very disappointed by this service. I used to use another company for years to send money to Nigeria and kept on receiving marketing email from Transfast so I decided to tried. The problem is, first, they ask you plenty of personal questions such as why are you sending money, what's your relationship to who you sending money to and plenty of questions not related to the transaction which is uncomfortable and annoying. Then, after a lengthy verification process (they asked to send the copy of your ID, visa on your passport etc) they hold the money you want to send for some time. And then, they decide, based on what, I don't know, that you can't send money or they can't approve the transaction for some reason. That's where it becomes suspicious. If they decline to send your money, why hold your money hostage over a week? When online and you proceed to send the money, the money leaves your account right away. but to get it back, be ready to numerous phone calls and be patient because they won't reverse the charge to your account until many days

Transfast is a crap money transfer service when it comes to a 'fasttrack' transfer. Usually their normal timeline is higher than others and I don't have a problem with them. This time I needed the money in my India account at urgent basis & I compromised with the transfer rate (lower than normal mode) being under impression that the '24Hrs' is what they are committing to. However I did not receive the money and when called the customer service, they told Saturday is not considered in their business calendar (why don't you tell me that while making the transaction) and when I told Xoom deposited money on Saturday, they person told we work under a different policy. Just know my bank in India allows deposits on Saturday. On top of that when you make a transaction, an agent will call you every time and in the name of security, they ask you all personal & financial details over phone - why the hell you have a website then, start a telephonic service.

I used their service for the past 5 years. Had minor issues before but it was resolved, until last July I sent money for the no charge service fee however the money didn't get on time to where I want to send it. Usually I don't have any problem as I always send it ahead of time. But because I was busy with my work schedule I didn't realized the money was already taken from my bank the following day but haven't received by my family yet. I followed up via phone and email. I was told that they have to ff up with their bank partners so After 48 hrs thankfully it was resolved. My 1 star review was because I was trying to send money using their app but had trouble for the past 48hrs, called customer service and was advised to have google chrome, but I only use mac or via iPad or iPhone never had this issue before customer service declined to listen and find resolution instead wants me to use a laptop and with google chrome!!! (despite explaining that I have been using iPhone /iPad all the time) So moving forward, I'm ditching their service and luckily found a better one.

I am not happy on their service. Last month I pay a government healthcare trough them. But its almost end of the month due to my last payments to my healthcare. It's mt first time so I am hoping this will help me to have an easy payments in my healthcare in Philippines But until now dated aug 28 I don't see anything in my healthcare account. I try another option. Another app I discover for better service no need to call them for any confirmation an this day when I check my health care it's there. I am sure this app was the one put money in my health care because the transfast money is different amount I put. I SEND them an email they replied that they already complete the transaction. It's annoying.

0 STAR Ridiculously a waste of time using this company. Unsatisfying customer service with poor quality of problem solving in issues like unable to send money using its website and apps. Unreliable and consistently delayed remittance. Unprofessional and poor skills customer service staff. Its apps and website is very simple but yet its own staff was unable to trouble shoot. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company for remittance. Please be very careful.

Would give them 0 stars. Do not use them. I used them to do a remittance, their system says funds are deposited and I provided them proof that funds are not deposited. They have no clue on when will this be resolved. Stay away from using them.

Terrible customer service. I would give zero rating if I could. It all works fine as long as there are no issues. But if you run into any problem (even when it is created by Transfast) it will take forever to resolve. I have been using Transfast for over 4 years and I transfer money at least twice every month. All of a sudden they flagged one of my transactions for review and asked me upload my ID. I uploaded my ID as soon as I received the email. However, there is no response from them since then. They do not respond on chat. They do not respond on phone. The phone agents have no idea whats going on. Despite repeated emails and hours on call with their "customer service" it goes no where. After talking to multiple agents, I realized that no one has read any of the emails I sent. There are other websites that provide better rates, faster transfer times, and better customer service. Bye Transfast.

Worst possible service! It has been 8 days (5 business days) and still the money did not transfer. The service desk is horrible, they do not understand the problem. Why do you publish a "estimated date" in your website for the transaction when you can't meet it by 5 days?

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY Horrible customer support, shady way of conducting business. They keep asking all the sensitive information and documents one after the other. You share one doc and they come back asking another and this goes on. Bank statements, driver's license, bank account number, pay stubs,...list is endless. This company is SCAM. Again, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY
